I've medicated myself again, I feel I'm killing my only friend, I've torn this world asunder, as I am slippin' under. This is a problem

nah. it just takes time. once you start it gets a lot less intimidating. besides i think i already made another enemy for this one....love how the warrior didn't need a spot check to notice...but since afterwords there was an obvious scene because of the mayor it's fine.
Dragons and dwarves don't like each other...at least according to the races of the dragons book, and my knowledge of fiction.

how much will i have leveled by then ((not character level, but whatever RCL number they use...because it will be different if i have manifested full half dragon status by the time i want to be payed.))? plus, even at level one i get a bonus to intimidate. i think i can get something out of him.
+2 to intimidate for a race bonus, +2 to intimidate because of synergy with bluff.

Im going to give you some out of game info. Dont use it to your advantage though. You will most likely only return one level greater unless you take a little side quest from some of the security staff at the mine. Then you might return two levels greater.
