RLRLR: That is what I was lead to believe in our PM together.

Arc: PM me with a list of the issues you have spotted in the guild. I will be sure to post them up in the Mod Forum, so we can fix the issue...if the issue is a system within the guild itself.

So this is what I sent to Ryu, my current issues with the guild.

The mods have all of the power, they have all of the equipment, all of the special abilities, all of the strongest clans, all of the cheapest made ups. They ban who they dont like, they post rules like if you dont post for two days you get an auto hit, they complain when they get autohit.

There's just alot wrong with the current status of the guild, some players have more than one tailed beast for instance, it would be like me having three characters all with the eight nine and one tails, its silly.

There isn't an easy fix to any of this, the best thing for the guild to really flourish would be a complete rehash, all new characters with no items ect ect.

One thing I don't like is that rpcs can interact with other rpcs from the same player, me putting two characters of my own against one weaker ninja is god modding, it prevents me from possibly winning and theres no way it can be fixed in the current state of the guild.

I'm not trying to start a fight or anything like that, these are my thoughts. Whether you agree with them or not don't attack me

It's nothing to do with you Drago trust me, a guild of this nature is a very very good idea and it has proved to be a successful formula. But as I've said, it's unbalanced.

I consider myself a tremendous writer, I have a university degree as a writer. And to be treated the way I do by some of the people in this guild, like a lack of respect for my writing and everyones god complex in this guild. It's just not fair to you, or us.

I was going to edit everybody's post to include giant Pandas for the next few pages. But I think its important that we reflect on this moment in the guild.

In my eight years of being in this guild. I never once had to shut down and I don't plan on it again.
However, myself and my crew are trying to bring you the best rping experience we can bring. We wnat to not only have fun, but make you a better writer, and hell even a person. Due to complaints and other reasons A lot of the things in the Special weapons & Special Additions are being deleted. If they are being deleted you will not be given something in return if you have lost it. Sorry. Also if you didn't notice a lot of the mods have restated their characters completely to show to you that we are dedicated rpers. So do understand that when I say best for business I do mean best for business. This guild to me was not only friends and in some cases family. However, maybe that is where I took a wrong turn. Some were along the line of trying to please everyone I forgot to do what was best for business. Now I see the errors of my ways and I apologize for that and we won't be going back down that road again. I am promising you from this forward till the end of ROTS. I am only doing what I feel is best for business. If we lose other members along the way so be it. ROTS is a guild, not a singular person, it is a group. As a group we have to be better. So no more flicking personal assaults, no more bringing up personal battles, if its not to do with the guild or things to do in a good humor. Don't bring it here. We are supposed to be better than that and from now on.. I expect Better than that.
