Crawleymang~ Racism will never die. The idea that people think it will or it can is completely foolish. Do you realise that as long as there is one difference between two or more groups in society.. there will always be some sort of discrimination or prejudice based upon that. And can you explain why? Is there discrimination because there is a different color of skin? And that's the way it should be just like we have to breath? Or is it there because one stupid person is thinking like a jack a**?

Just in the same way I know religion is bullcrap and contradictional to itself, and that 90% of religious individuals are contradictual to their faith.

I'm just pointing out some things about our society that's screwed up. And, besides, politically correct people aren't EVEN politically correct people. And your petty insults don't effect me in any way other than making me pity your vapid existence even more than I already do. lawl.
"*****" derived from a racist term, I do agree. But it's merely racist to your eyes because you're not the same skin color as I am. If you were, then you'd understand. People outside of the box will never understand what's happening inside because they will not see it.
Besides, what I've stated was the quote within the definition -YOU- gave. Just because you believe that a word is a term to be racist, it's not with those who understand the history behind it. Now, if you were asking of the word, "******," then we'll be on the same boat and I'll agree, but with the term, "*****," it's a word the...
African Americans, Blacks, and other ethnic groups took stride to make what was supposively a strong word weak and make it into everyday usage with us. I apologize for your misunderstanding, but you have to realize, just because you see it that way in your perspective, it's not seen that way in everyone else's. One, does not cover the many.

Raven Yun Saying only a black person can call another black person '*****' is racist.. No, it isn't. Know why? Because I can show you many places where such a thing is done. Here's an example. In ancient times with martial arts schools.. it was an insult to the school for you to go around to another school and use their style. Especially if you aren't of the school. In fraternities and sororities.. it's an insult for you to ******** around with another group's traditions/mannerisms .. the things they do. There are things that are sacred to certain groups. So there's nothing racist about it. It's just something some people aren't allowed to do without insult.

People always hate/fear what they don't reckognize. I think racism can end in one of two ways, and not only that it can, but it must, on a long enough timeline.
1. The rapid flow of information across the globe, combined with the intensifying media, and easier, cheaper forms of mass tranist, including the ever-increasing diversification of culture, each new generation will be born with people of many other races in their lives, growing up with that as the norm, racism will cease to exist as anything more than a mental disorder.
2. The more long-term idea, is that eventually, statistically, no race will be pure anymore, and we'll all be a healthy shade of grey.

It only takes one until the idea will spread. And I'm not saying.. that it is good. And I'm not saying that we shouldnt try to make things equal and treat everyone equal. I'm saying.. that for someone to think.. that it doesn't exist.. and that some day everyone will be peaceful towards others who are different.. No. That will never happen. That's the reality of the matter. You're arguing an ideology.. which is unrealistic for the world as a whole.

You must've thought I meant exclusively white people.. which was what I didn't mean. And.. you have not defeated my response by responding based upon that. Now.. the reality matter.. is that.. the ethnic group that created the word.. determines whether it is offensive or not. It's not an acceptance of anything popular. It's understanding the meaning behind the word when it is used between the two people. Not the meaning of a spectator who has no real understanding of it.
