they're less fun when they're on the bike path, and won't get out of the way. D<

We've had a few incidents in which we almost ran over geese because they didn't want to get out of the way.

gah! I don't like the stupid things! Every year the flocks get bigger, and they get more unruly!
and we have not only Canadian geese, but those ornery white farmhouse ones, too...
and those geese just really don't care.
Oh! and the damned non-local college students always feed them, so it's not like they have to go anywhere... so they're ALWAYS there, even longer than they used to be. They don't leave until it's practically winter already, and on the way back, they stay until it's practically summer! D<
stupid geese.

We still have geese at school right now. They have some trained dogs come over once a week or so to chase them away.

We once had a birthday party for my daughter in a park by the river, and they were everywhere! ;o;
And they leave their... droppings xP all over the place, and you couldn't walk without stepping in them, and they had little ones, so the mommy geese were mean if you got within 10 feet of them...
