Not everybody is the same!
Janani's eyes open to see the mess on the floor. Is this the anger and rage Cora felt?
You think a choice is so easy to make? One false move...and I'll be thrown into Hell...for the demons there to feast upon my bowls...
She 'falls' in her curl so she's slightly seated, now, hugging her knees to her chest.
I...don't want you to hate me... I don't want...I don't want this place to be taken away...

No matter how old she looked to the people of the Brink, she is still a child to her people. She hasn't even experiance the Quickening; the equivelant to the human adolescence puberty.
...but the answer is...no... Nothing is that simple...

You still have your choices don't you!?
You can choose whether to go to hell, or die, or just leave Heaven, can't you!?
Maybe it's not simple but don't stand in between and expect kindness from everyone.... or anyone. I swear on my life, if you lift a finger against my friends, if you stand anywhere NEAR the Seraphim when I face him, I'm coming for YOU first.

Things aren't so simple... I don't know how your...Captain 'escaped' Heaven without being thrown to the beasts...
She shakes her head, allowing a tear to stream down her face.
Things just aren't...so simple...
She can feel the wet strand of her hair between her fingers.

The familiar frame of a flame far from forgotten formed not far from the feathered and the forsaken of a former world. For once the man wasn't talking, lounging, or performing various acts of paperwork, but was in a stance fitting of performing training with his pistol of choice. It was fortunate that the weapon faded from view as he faded into it, else someone might find a random bullet in themselves...or twelve, you know, just by accident. His gaze was captured first not by Cora and Janani, but the way everything was smashed half to hell and back.

She hadn't noticed Tacitus, yet. She only felt the cold rage of Cora.
Mystina said you were nice! She said you would understand!
For the moment, though yelling now, she's too afraid to move from the spot she's slumped in, right now.
If the Seraphim have gone against GOD...then I can easily fight them...

At Cora's rage Tac's gaze flits up to focus on her, arms falling as he hadn't dropped them yet from the surprise of the shattered...everything. He began picking his way forward as he called out to Cora, "Cora! What in the name of the nine burning hells is going on?"

...but why would any of the Seraphim...murder a girl? They aren't supposed to... They can't...

His heart seemed to stop as his blood ran cold, the thought of muder grinding through the gears working in his head. His eye twitches as he forces out what he can, "He...but...who?" He glanced at Janani and then back to Cora, "I...she...just...stop this Cora, this isn't you. You don't get angry, even over this." He moved forward to extend a hand, even move to hold her if she'd let him, "You're not like this Cora. Lets get you calmed down and thinking clearly."
