The measuring tape would be ignored when it fell the the ground, and Mastema's full attention was on Nana, particularly her face. Staring at her could only make Nana more bashful, and this was probably the very effect Mastema intended. "I like to think it's a good thing that I can still surprise you..." With Nana already off her feet, the hand that had previously been aroud Nana's waist when she was standing was now under her knees. For all intents and purposes, Nana seemed trapped now. "...as well as take your voice away." Mastema laughed lightly before leaning back in his chair with Nana nicely seated in his lap.

.///., Ah- um... well- gnn.
*This wasn't the first time Mastema had mentioned, being able to surprise Nana on a continuing basis. However that was a good thing, it kept things fresh and interesting between the couple. Nana's eyes would water lightly, as she stared back at her husband, he surly was a cad, but a romantic cad at that. Obviously, it would be a while before Nana was able to take her last few room measurements, and begin directing the renovations. The door had locked behind her when she entered the room, perhaps this was inevitable*

Considerate of Nana's wishes to move forward with her plans to renovate the bedroom and make a playground for the children. Thus, Nana's time spent being in Mastema's care wouldn't be for too long, and a short but significant time later, the door to the 100th floor would open and Nana would be free to leave under her own power. Mastema had kept her long enough to be satisfied with her visit. "Oh, and don't forget this, dear." Mastema reached down and offered Nana her measuring tape back, which had been dropped when she fell into his embrace. Along with the measuring tape, Nana would also be given a wink, before Mastema made himself comfortable again in his throne.

~////~ Hmm? Oh-- thank you love. I'll just be-- down stairs. heart
*Moving her hand past her hair lightly, Nana would flip the ends of her hair before turning back to Mastema. After retrieving her papers and measuring tape, Nana would slowly exit the room, a rosey finish on her face. She was unsuccessful at retrieving the height and depth of the throne, another attempt would have to be made later when Mastema wasn't around. Nana could ask Zio of course, but at the moment, Zio was the last thing on Nana's mind. It would take Nana a little longer than usual to wander back down to the main bedroom, there she would eventually find herself seated on the bed. After a minute or two, to gather her thoughts, it would be time to get to work measuring how far into the bedroom, the new design would go. After it was all worked out and finally finished, surly it would be a sight to behold and perhaps even a location Mastema wouldn't mind frequenting more often; at least that was the hope*

*Elsewhere in the citadel a dark substance had surrounded the upper south guard tower where Sho resided. It appeared to those who knew it, as the mysterious creature Micha had brought back home with him, on his short outting, when DT had made the world grow dark. For now there was nothing but silence; should Sho be in at the moment, or approching his tower from elsewhere, no doubt he would be surprised. Meanwhile in another part of the Citadel, Eecheb would suddenly sneeze quite fircely*

Sho placed down his tea cup solemnly, and glared at his light switch. On. Then he glared at the light bulbs he had in the room. Also on. Then it seemed there was one more likely culprit. Standing up and taking his sword in hand, Sho unsheathed his sword and remained still for several moments. Suddenly, he yelled, "KYAAAAH!" Turning his body and jabbing the end of his sword into the floor, at his own shadow. Nothing happened. "Well he isn't there....." Sho grumbled and pulled his sword out of the floor, placing it back in his sheath. He needed a maglite.
Mastma himself raised an eyebrow, looking out the tower's window to the south. The entire top part of the south tower seemed overrun, but Mastema was familiar by now with the mostly harmless apparition. It was best to just leave Sho to his own devices for now.
"Oi, don't tell me you're getting sick. I know for sure you're too healthy for a cold." Than chuckled, walkig down the street toward Eecheb. Than had probably arrived some time ago, though whether or not he'd intended to find Eecheb was a different question; even after pursuing his training independently without Sho's and Slayer's help, he still rarely stopped by the rest of his family. At some point in his journey home, Than had discarded his ragged shirt, but his dress pants were still in shoddy condition and Than had dirt marks all over his torso from his scuffle with Xol. Than kept his left arm wrapped behind his back comfortably, although he could also have been hiding the fact that his left hand was damaged and not moving properly. To top it all off, his hair needed a good comb before he looked presentable again.

*Sho was probably unaware as most everyone else, that the creature had taken a liking to him souly because of his brightly colored clothing. It seemed the creature was attracted to vibrant colors, something Sho wore often. A few moments after Sho's display of attack, a low speedy bongo drumming would be heard throughout his room for about thirty seconds, then all went dead silent again*
Eecheb: Than!
*After a sniff and a good rub to the nose, the boy would approch his older brother. It had been a while since seeing him, and he was needless to say dishovled. Being a little dirty didn't mean much to Eecheb, to him it meant that Than was probably trainning, or had been crawling through someplace covered in dirt and other unmentionable things. Eecheb himself had arrived back at the tower more than once, covered in dirt, it was like a badge of accomplishment*
Eecheb: | o.o | I'm ok. I thought that only happend to Micha.

"Oi with the drums already...." Sho's eye started twitching only after about ten seconds of the incessant drumming. Of course the possible meaning of the drumming was completely lost on him. Sho doubted he'd hit it, since if he had there would probably have been a much more violent reaction. So now what was he to do? Ignore it 'till it went away? Well there wasn't really any way to ignore a shadow engulfing your home. Perhaps noise would be as annoying to it as it was to him. Taking the sheath, Sho started to rapidly pound the tip on the floor like a madman, making a racket with the thumping on the tatami mat.
"What? The sneezing? I think anything that breathes probably has it happen." Than was aware enough to know when his little brother was near, and pat him on the head casually when he was close. "It just means something probably tickled the nerves in your nose, maybe dust. I know I used to sneeze fairly often when I was in my workshop. Hmm... " Than paused his hand over Eecheb's hair for moment, thinking. "That's weird. I don't remember you being this tall. You've been growing while I'm not around." Than moved his hand from being on Eecheb's head to being on his shoulder and continued walking, not thinking Eecheb had anything to be preoccupied with at the moment.

*Sho's flailing didn't seem to deture the creature any from being around, ever so often in fact, it would add in a little drumming to Sho's tatami mat solo. Making sound would not make the creature leave, or so it appeared. Finally from the shadows of the open balcony, the creature's large eye would appear, and of course its eye was fixated on Sho*
???: heart
----------
Eecheb: | >.> | Oh. Yeah, I have!
*Anything that breathes can sneeze, but what would one need to do, to make them sneeze? Perhaps this would be the boy's next personal project. Thanatos was right though, Eecheb had nowhere he needed to be at the moment, so he was free to spend time with Thanatos unless called away by something more pressing*

Eventually, once Sho realized that his musical discord wasn't working, he stopped thumping his sheath on the ground and turned to face the large eye appearing out his window. He briefly wondered how many people this thing had killed by scaring them in a shower. "Ah hah! Now I can see where you are. Geez, what the heck are you doing trying to swallow my house? This place has a whole bunch of other dark buildings to swallow up you know...." Oriental as his home may have been, Sho wasn't enthusiastic about having to light candles all over the place.
"Ah, I guess that's what happens when you have two tall parents. Wonder how long it'll be before you're taller than me." Than stopped walking for a minute and stepped back. "Hold still for a sec." Than quickly placed one hand on either of Eecheb's sides, being careful about his mechanical hande, and lifted Eecheb over his head before setting the boy on his shoulders. Once Eecheb was sitting on his shoulders, Than made sure one hand was on each of Eecheb's knees to help him keep steady, although Eecheb's wings could easily help him balance. "At least you're not too big for your big brother to still carry you." Than smiled and laughed softly, before continuing along the road. "You have any idea where your siblings are?"

*The large eye would seem to focus a little more on Sho, the pupil seemingly spinning lightly. Whether it understood the spoken word or not was still anyones guess. Actually it was a wonder if it could understand any verbal commands or words. For the moment, Sho would continue to be shadowed by the creature*
---------
*Eecheb would listen to Thanatos and wondered himself for a moment when he might be as tall as Thanatos, it could take a few years unless something dramatic happend. A small 'Ahh' would be heard as Thanatos picked Eecheb up off of the ground. The boy seemed relatively fine after a moment or two, shortly after taking a good look at his surroundings from a higher vantage point. Once Eecheb was asked a of the location of his other siblings, he would make a short reply. Eecheb could feel that they were around, but their exact wareabouts, he wasn't dialed into*
Eecheb: Nope!

"But I bet you can feel them," Than responded to Eecheb's answer. He continued walking down the street, knowing the direction of the other two children before he'd even asked Eecheb. He could have found them anytime by just sense, but being blind had definitely sharpened those senses even more. Here, however, he had a good chance to actually teach Eeche something useful. "Come on, try concentrating on what you can feel a little more." Than was pretending he was actually unable to feel them, so Eecheb would act as his guide toward at least one of the other two. "Think of what you're feeling as like a... field, or something, and Trilla and Micha are two 'hot spots' on that field, where there's a lot more energy than the rest. Just start moving your thoughts over that field, moving toward where the feeling gets stronger." While starting to teach Eecheb how to hone his aura senses, Than briefly wondered on the side why Nana and Mastema hadn't taught these kids to fly yet.

Eecheb: Hmn.... over-- there?
*Pointing in seemingly a random direction only Than could be sure if Eecheb was right or not. This was kind of a new thing to him after all; Micha meanwhile seemed to have mastered this technique a long time ago. As for Trilla it was hard to say, though she could pick up on other things, that much had already been made clear. If Thanatos had any questions about the lack of flight trainning, he could certainly seek Nana out, or Mastema for explination*

Than chuckled softly, feeling a little nostalgic, although he wasn't entirely sure what he was nostalgic about. "Ah, now that's my mistake; I forgot there are a lot of other people around with strong auras. But, good, you can pick them out." Being blind, Than could only use the shift in Eecheb's weight on his shoulders as an indicator for where Eecheb was pointing. "I think you're probably pointing toward Slayer. Not surprising, he's got one of the stronger energy levels here. All right, step 2. You already know how Trilla's aura feels, right? Remember how she felt, and then zone out all the other energies that don't match that feeling. Pick around only for the one that feels familiar." During the long time ago match between him and Mastema, Eecheb had been in contact with Trilla. Hopefully he'd been around his sister enough to know what it felt like to be near her. Being so vibrant, Trilla should also be a good, specific target for Eecheb. "Take your time and make sure it feels right. I'm not in a rush to get anywhere."

Eecheb: >.> | Ok.
*After a good few seconds, Eecheb would again point off in some seeminly random direction. This time it was towards the peace, a likely location as the children had been there before. Since Slayer was ruled out and only family was allowed there, it was either Trilla or Sho. Granted Eecheb didn't know Sho was occupied with the shadowy creature, but really that left Trilla... right?*
Eecheb: Nn, there...!
