Dreaming_Of_Daybreak Ryu Gekkou D.Rider: ' When you give chakra to an rpc without using it to obtain a technique, that is raw chakra. You're given that rpc plain chakra and not giving them a technique. This can be done however much one desires. Any method of gaining chakra can have the chakra used in this way. - Shinobi Handbook' -- This is what it says about Raw Chakra. I adds straight to your CP without gaining any techniques for it. If I see Reaver using his to buy techs, then I'd guess you could get techs, but Raw = Pure CP in most cases. Also what is this about free rolls? You only get 1 roll less you hit one of the Reroll parts. So...as it is my birthday gift, does that mean I can just take a straight up [8]? Would anyone be displeased with this outcome? Did I read the announcement wrong? Or do we really get another roll? Not unless you roll a reroll

Ryu Gekkou RLRLR Ryu Gekkou RLRLR: Thank you. You can only use Raw Chakra from rewards to learn techniques equal to the amount of raw chakra you have. As if you were trading in your own words for it. Ok, so what seperates it from Free chakra then? Read the Shinobi Handbook. Only Raw Chakra from events such as this one can be used to purchase techniques. Otherwise Raw Chakra = Pure CP Alright, just making sure.

The Arc Knight Chakra wise Inari is beyond Chunin, ill turn any battle into a slugfest that Inari wouldn't lose, if it comes to that. In the name of fun, I would gladly throw down with anyone, at any time. Well assuming I'm out of this fight. Hmm. Your confidence makes me want to see if it has anything backing it up. At your earliest convenience, let us have Inari face off against Shiori, my Chunin. If your confidence is any indicator, then perhaps I'll enjoy myself. Regardless, I'll leave it to you whether the fight is to the death or not. Drago- The end of the week? I doubt my made-ups would be processed by then, so I'll pass. (I was going to enter with Mayu Eintagsfliege, my Kagerou Genin at 24k. People are talking so much smack, I had hoped to make a lower-ranked ninja bring shame upon them all.) And it seems there's a rolling game, I'll have to see what that's about.

Hmm, the double/triple power days will only count what you type those days. I can work with that, I'll make a separate text document for those days and go from there. (Though if that's the stance, does that mean we have to post them on those specific days, too? I need to know if I should worry about it.)
And the dice grant me...
Nothing! But it's the first nothing on the list, so it's the best nothing out of the three!

Ah, alright. So I could work on an offliner since the library is closed Sunday, and then post it Monday at the rate it would have been, and so forth? (With the days being Sunday to Tuesday, it's not nearly as awkward as if it would have ended on a Saturday or something. I should be able to do just fine with it. Just need to decide which character to work on for that.)
