So dose anyone know what are the DC for learning justu is there a certain one for each level or it diffent for each justu? Since I am learning sand clones and I am wondering

I think it's up to whoever is making you do the jutsu, in Oto everyone was washing dishes, the kid's DC was 10 but, the sennin's DC was 30. So i really don't know.
Also who do i have to ask to get into Suna, I've finished my profile and am waiting for my bloodline approval.
