Exactly but I don't want to be killed, since there still isn't a Procter at my exam arena. So if Kiko's guy gets a hold of me he can kill me.

Even in the anime. Naruto won, but he didn't become a chunnin. Shika gave up and he become one.

Okay does anyone know how the Nara clan has medium chakra? Cause on the thing it doesn't say that it does. And also how is Kiko able to use the Shadow strangle tech when it's A rank?

Well, he would be able to get it with permission, and he would be able to get it with a ton of posting. Also, he would be able to use it if he has high chakra. Though, to make it more realistic, using an A-rank technique as a Genin with Medium Chakra Levels make the Jutsu consume even more chakra. Also, the Jutsu would not be as good as when a ranked Shinobi performs it... not unless it is otherwise stated in Kiko's profiles that he has a special ability that would contribute to him knowing and being able to do such.

Me and Von had a great match. Also Bloodline jutsus and Regular Universal jutsus are different even if its A rank it may cost low charkra cost to like a B or a C rank.
Also Don't forget Sasuke did a A rank move Chidori while he was genin

Yeah cause only Soul demons and bloodlines can give you medium chakra. Clans are low chakra. So in technicality he shouldn't be using the shadow strangle tech.

Thing is, if it violates what's written on the bloodline page then it's not possible. Agito also has an A-rank jutsu up his sleeve.
- Fire Storm- A-ranked
You create a giant storm of fire around you, almost like a giant tornado of fire. As you release it, it come straight from your body around you to destroy anything in a 20 ft radius around you. This is a move to kill somebody that is coming closer to trying to harm you. This will not hurt you though, thanks for the bloodline.
He can't really use it to the extent of the fire consuming everything in a 20ft radius, but he does it like a small tornado of fire. The kind of tornado/twister he used to blow the poison gas I used away. I kinda allowed this to happen in our battle because: (1)He did this without naming the technique; and (2)The way he used it seemed appropriate for his level and rank.

Yea. No genin is allowed any a-ranked jutsu. Not even if he has the rinnegan.
Just using that as an example. Even with a demon you can't.

Then Kiko is breaking the rules cause he used the Shadow Strangle tech which clearly is a A rank. That and the Nara's are just a clan not a bloodline so he wouldn't have medium chakra.
