Okay, thanks Anna. Well, when I did see the universe thing back when I first joined, I thought 'Wow, rigged' but didn't say anything. As the story went on, I didn't mind at all for some reason when I learned what the Exaqueare were. My point now, however, is referring to the slight problem that Tadashi can't HELP but think the thoughts that will piss off Aurelius. His mind isn't safe anymore, after all. What's to stop Tadashi from angrily provoking Aurelius again just with a few uncalculated thoughts? Even if Tadashi is too scared to do it right in that time and place, he'll think "Wow, I hate that ******** brat" perhaps by default next time and thus piss off Aurelius and thus lead to one less Lieutenant. It'd be nice if Aurelius just stopped scanning Tadashi's head after the thought,"He's not worth it" or something.
Of course, he probably shouldn't be scared past the first few moments of confrontation because Aurelius is in the Seireitei and by being there he's on a leash, but I do see how people are scared shitless of him so I somewhat see your point.

If you build it, they will come. By that I mean, if you post it, he'll kill him. In other words, don't post it and Sarah can't legitimately have Aurelius say Tadashi was thinking that, or she'd be as bad as you were.
And again; he is on no leash nor is he bound by any laws but is own. He's there on good faith of Tsukiko's word to Hei because no one else can stop him from being there. I'm sorry if you have a problem with that.

I simply assumed Aurelius would have to follow the law of Seireitei. If he kills someone, he can't just be let off the hook. It's like me going into a school other than my home school, shooting a kid while a cop is watching, and then not being punished for it.
Realistically, I think Tadashi would be pissed off. But I suppose i'll just have him completely ignore Aurelius, then.

You're right, he can't be let off the hook, and he wouldn't be. The only problem is that Hei doesn't care if Aurelius does something bad, provided he doesn't hurt anything he cares about. After that, no one else can do anything to him, and he's very aware of it.

Wouldn't Hei be forced to act? The root of all my assumptions is that someone will have to take care of it, either themselves or Hei having to act on their request. If you have someone going around and killing high-ranked people at wedding receptions because some of those people don't like having their minds being scanned and then insulted (and let's not forget the added screaming in Tadashi's mind), then the Head-Captain would be forced to act. And if the Head-Captain is forced to act, then Hei will have to act because he'd listen to the Head-Captain.
Let's take it one step further - what if Tadashi HIMSELF believes the above as fact? Even if he is wrong, Aurelius still won't kill someone because of the occasion. Tadashi thinks of himself as immune thanks to the factors of 'it's a crime', 'he'll be punished', and 'its a wedding reception, my life can't end here just from this'.

@Dai: So Tadashi is fine with being killed as long as Aurelius is punished? Flawed logic is flawed. neutral It would be best to just let the whole thing go and move past it.
