The RPC doesn't have to be a giant fox to be slow.
Tsukiko would fit that criteria if it weren't for her gravity powers. Her chassis is quite heavy, after all.

Well if not for the fact that Lee was based around speed to begin with I would change him. XD I actually intended for him to be just average in kido back when I first joined as 8th Lt. LOL.

Btw Taigaa, here's a little issue for you concerning Aurelius. I mean, if he barges into anyone's mind so long as they're around him, peope are going to have to be on-guard constantly. And not like any poor Shinigami like Tadashi can complain for not liking the mental invasion because the Hakases apparently don't give a damn. Can't there be some kind of limit to what Aurelius can do? Like, him not acting on what he hears or his purposely not tuning into other people's minds. I thought it was strange in the first place, but until now it didn't concern me.
You can see clearly now that Tadashi hates Aurelius, therefore it'll be hard for someone to keep their mind perfectly clean from such a thing, including the brat comment Aurelius loves. See what I mean?

It appears that Main Arc length is directly proportional to the number of RPC's who have foreboding feelings. I can understand Aurelius since he basically knows everything, but now Hideki, Nu, and Elisia?
Somewhat anticlimactic if several people are just like... I saw this coming, I was already prepared.
This should be a surprise ambush and people should be like OMGWTFARRANCAR?! Exactly why I haven't said anything. sweatdrop

That's because I really just don't want to follow what's going on. I say one thing, but mean another. I am going to make a character that does that. Maybe Keeper of the Dogs will permit to make a Path for her. . . Though, I've been watching Darker Than Black, and suddenly want an RPC to have powers like Maki. . . . those are some awesome powers. xd
Taigaa, if I ask Keeper, would be OK if I made one? Just wondering... I noticed that a Sephira had shown up in the Main arc. . .

See what I mean? Permit me to intervene on the grounds that she doesn't want to discuss her RPCs with you. You want limits, but you seem to miss the limits already in place that are governed by unspoken rules which my sister very faithfully adheres to because she's not a bad Role Player.
1.) Reading minds should never bother you. You did not complain before when all he could do was ask the universe questions. It's the same thing; he could both ask the universe what someone is thinking, or read their minds. Reading them is just faster.
2.) He hasn't gone god mode and sliced everyone's wind pipe in half, which a powerful psychic could easily do.
3.) He hasn't taken control of anyone's body and forced them to kill themselves, which a powerful psychic could easily do.
4.) and the final, most important aspect is that he hasn't reduced anyone to an atomic state via telekinesis, which was something Jean Gray was capable of doing to Charles Xavier. It would be child's play for Aurelius, as he's a more powerful psychic than Jean ever was- even as the Phoenix.
Don't worry about limits for him, because he's not a bad guy. Sure he could wtfpwn everyone within his telekinetic range, but the point is that he doesn't, and will not do so. As of right now, he is a mere conversational RPC who will take a small part in the fight. He's also a pretty good antagonistic force on Nu's behalf, as he constantly instigates her about Tomomi. It's not as though he's going to take the thoughts of everyone in the vicinity and sell them to the highest bidder, creating turmoil in the streets and embarrassing every pervert around. Sarah more or less keeps him around because of the entertainment factor he can bring about.
