Kiko already has the Shadow strangle tech. It's hard to get close without being caught in his shadow's.

Yeah but the whole thing is he's standing in shadow, so you can't tell where his is.

okay do you know any flam jutsu, if so preform it and closly follow it, as to light up a direct route to him, use your sharingan to trace any obscene movement

Well the only one that I can use to allow that kinda thing is my Great Fireball Jutsu, but it's C rank and I used it once so If I use it again I'm pretty much screwed cause I have my Sharingan activated and I've been using some D rank jutsu's.

Yeah so I got some water clones using something on him and a couple more safely by me for protection. After that I'm pretty much gonna have to find a way to knock him out with out having to touch the ground near him.
