cloud enters the area in his drunken state and caused mass destruction with his grand fire ball technique "scrubs can kizz my assz" cloud flips off the hospital as he nearly destroyes it.

o_o "Roger!" -I say grabbing cloud's collar, and drag him to one of the support beams of the hospital and start to tie him up with rope, chains and other long things and finish it up with a pad lock- "All done muko sir!" ((lawl, i always wanted to do something like that))
