Myth Runekin Lady_Catwings Myth Runekin Lady_Catwings Myth Runekin "why peel'em, they taste better with the skin... the roast beef sounds great, but no raddish for me..." he bit into an apple, sticking the whole thing in his mouth, and chewing it to nothing. You hae the manners of a billy goat......* Cat makes up a couple sandwiches slathering hers with horseradish, then handing one to Myth* Ahhhh....the burn....yum...... ((Hey Lida...invite yourself down....)) "at least i chew with my mouth closed, which is better than most of my kin..." he bit into the sandwich, being as 'civilized' as possible. "i see no reason in there being manners when it comes to food. it's there, you eat it. being dainty is just a way of prolonging the time..."((yes, please come join us)) "if you say so... there isn't much that seperates most 'civilided' beings from such creatures." he saw her dripping,"would you like a napkin?"[/quote ]* Peers at the bottom of her sandwich and swipes the horseradish off, licking it off her finger....* Yum....nope......and i didn't say there was a big difference, i just said most try to recognize that there is one. and i believe that you, like me, still feel that creature lurking.....but we should remember that while we are in Alida's castle, we represent her, being friends. We should try to set an example for those who would watch us. *Cat brushes the crumbs away from her hands, then leans over and does the same to Myth's whiskers, then looks back at her hand and sighs* I'm sorry. I do that to you alot. I'm so used to cleaning up messes, I forget my help isn't always wanted or needed. *Gets up, looking for desert, grumbling, * When did i become such a mother hen....sheesh....

AlidasDragonriders *sighs and decides to finish for the night, cleaning up the best she can, pushing the large book into her bag and walking down to the kitchens; seeing Myth and Cat there, she grabs a chair and sits with them, grabbing a peach and biting into it* Well, tonight will be enough for now..... Tomorrow we will resume the search..... Is there anything you would like to do, that is freely leisure that is?..... (I'm going to go back and forth between here and making a couple of presents for some friends, so if I'm slow you know why... sweatdrop 3nodding ) ((sokay...aaand, may i try a plot line with the markings? later, not tonight, but, may i have permission?))

*sighs* Not very good........ As far as I have delved into the books and scrolls in the past few hours, the only thing that may have some answers is this book here, but I haven't seen anything that relates to the paper yet..... *pulls the book out of her bag and lays it on the table*
(Sure, if you want.... I'm going to go paint for a bit, bbs.....)

"it's an atlas. well now, that is strange...... cat, may i see that copy of the markings again?" he flipped through to where the original paper was in the book.

Thank you Cat.... exactly, so it must use the book somehow. *taking the paper from cat he turns it a little, this way and that, then folds it in half, rips it down the middle, folds longways, ext,ext, till he has what looks like a paper throwing star.* ah hah. *at one of the points the symbols have formed an 'N'* it's a compass...."
