iPlay French Horn In Band(:

I am the only one in the french horn section.

But Im better off alone by myself playing easy songs like Jingle bells. Rofl lol

Yayy!
I don't know if I've already posted here...
But I've played the French Horn for 4 and a half years now, mellophone for two marching seasons and I LOVE it! Have you ever tried stuffing pop rocks in your french horn...? It has been done my friends, it has been done. (Don't worry, we gave it a bath!)

Mellophone Mafia I love playing horn. Both mello and french horn. Although the first week of band camp, my arms felt like they were about to fall off. But yeah. Mello and Horn= heart

Oh yeah, so I've been playing the french horn for....5 years now ((this being my 5th year)) And I've played the Mello for 3 years. I am currently 3rd chair in the AA band at my high school and perfectly content being there. 2 of my best friends also play french horn...and are in the same band, so its all fun!

I play French Horn for three years and I'm in 8th grade! I'm 1st chair in my band and I made region band in my region. (The only French horn to do that in 6 years) I play the mellophone durring marching season. I also play the clarinet and trumpet when I get bored. Yep this post was way to long!

In my high school, we were always never called...
so we started saying
"how are we feeling?"
"HORNY!!!"
so everyone began to notice the French Horns since then.
ROCK ON FRENCH HORNS!!!

At my school, I am the only one who plays the French Horn because our school is so new! And, I just started at the beginning of this school year. whee
I played Baritone last year for marching band, and next season I will be playing Mellophone. So much lighter!!!! (& so much easier for those wonderful horn angles! ^.~)

Hmmhmm...the first chair person calls us "Fornists" instead of "French Hornists". It is much simpler to say. I love Mello. <3

i heart the horn. when i was in 5th grade, i played it, moved, then came back 2 it in 8th grade n playin it ever since. i play mello 2. it bugs me when judges will call u just a baritone instead of a baritone/mello player. mellophone is not accepted as a word in spell check scream .
