I typed up a little something today but it is absolutely lackluster bullshit and it only comes out to 300 words. I haven't forgotten about you, I'm just having a little trouble focusing these past few days... I will work on getting something out - anything out - just to get the ball rolling again. Then after that I just hope this funk passes.

That's completely alright Mally, I totally understand. Thanks for the update. If you want, I can type a lil Medusa thing for you to try and get Malktuh to stop playing hooky. I'm in a very creative mood right now, and I think a lil Medusa would be fun~

`MaliceMizer I am finally caught up on all my posts!!! It's a miracle!! Oops, well I didn't exactly let that last for very long. sweatdrop Medusa's being all cute and avid and its great. Also, I only realized today how much I ship the two of them in roles like this. They're kind of perfect together like this, especially with a third party hanging around and enabling drama to ensue.

....urgh. I am starting to get an image of how this will unfold. Medusa is the good girl. She is, dare I say, an ideal nonsexual babygirl to a firm yet doting daddy. But Zephiria? It may be too early to say, but... perhaps she will be the naughty girl. And the two can be jealous of each other but in different ways - good girl will envy how bad girl gets attention (because she acts out) while bad girl is jealous of good girl's praise and perhaps even annoyed at all the sucking up. Anyway, Kuro, can you give me a little more? Just assume Malkuth is all fine and dandy confirming their plans for lessons, them have her continue with whatever. Would she have more to say or would she wait for him to continue the conversatIon?

Kurohimemiya How is Medusa supposed to know he's wearing a wedding ring if he has gloves on? owo Err..... I suppose I didn't think that one through. Well, he'll have to take them off eventually to feel stuff. I'll keep that in mind.

So... What would you like to do now? I am not sure the best way to write off Zephy since my inner Malkuth is all "god dammit that makes me look bad if she runs away but I am also too stubborn to just return her if she misbehaves" so I'm not sure how to play this.

Well... maybe if she does something that has really awful consequences for Medusa? Directly or indirectly. I feel like that would be enough for him to go alright, no. enough is enough. and either send her packing or punish her just a little too harshly for her to handle. Especially since he's warming up to Medusa so nicely, and if anything happened to his younger daughter he'd likely flip his sh!t in the most gentlemanly way possible. Kind of like what happened with Bug.

I like it. She does something to Medusa, he dishes out more than she can handle, he is disappointed and sends her away. I can roll with it. I'll PM Saphire in case she wants some input. Saphire ok'd it, so we can plan from here what to have happen. Zephy will be acting out of jealousy because Medusa will be getting more attention. Any ideas what terrible thing she should do to your character?

Well... Zephy could come downstairs, see Medusa chatting amicably with Malkuth, get a couple stern words sent her way and feel like Medusa is purposefully trying to make her look bad. Instead of confronting her right then and there, she asks permission to/invites Medusa on a walk, and once they're away from the house turns to Medusa and confronts her about her making Zephy look bad, demands the girl not play coy with her, slaps her, and when one of her snakes tries to bite her turns into her bird form, which terrifies Medusa. Malkuth hears screaming and sobbing, and comes outside onto the balcony as Medusa races towards the house while Zephy dive-bombs her and laughs. It would obviously go downhill from there. Just an idea.

Awesome. twisted I had a little bit too much fun with that, heheh. We can either do it all at once or take our time with it, it doesn't really matter. It might be better if its spread out over the first week in the house.

Stretching out the event sounds good to me. Even though Saphire didn't object to puppeting her character, I would feel uncomfortable putting words in Zephy's mouth. So I think we should downplay her actions and focus more on our characters' responses to those actions. Here's loosely what I'm thinking: The cooking lessons get brought back up in time for Zeph to walk in on it. She instantly tries to worm her way into getting private lessons for something too but Malkuth shuts her down and unintentionally annoys her. Everyone parts way for the remainder of the day until dinner, where Malkuth asks the girls what they thought of the property (mostly because he wants some buttpats for how fancy s**t is, which is another opportunity for Zeph to feel contempt for Medusa as she lays the compliments on thicker than rhino skin). On day two there can be some small, unimportant incidents that add on to the tension. Malkuth orders an errandboy to pick up some basic clothes for the girls until they can properly go shopping. On day three or whatever, the chef comes to teach Medusa some basics. All three enjoy the tea and snacks that she prepared and Malkuth allows Medusa to prattle on about what she learned, how much she liked it, how grateful she is, etc. This is it for Zeph, she's had it, so after tea she asks Medusa to go with her into the gardens. She accuses Medusa of whatever, then slaps her. She is consequently bitten by her snakes. But she is more shocked than angry, allowing Medusa to slither away. She decides not to say anything about the incident and just let it slide so she heads back to the house. But Zephiria quickly becomes angry and decides to pick on her / hurt her in retaliation. Medusa screams, etc, scurries off to the house. Malkuth, hearing a scream, obviously shuffles his way to the door just in time to hear Zephiria laughing at Medusa's distress as she swoops down and scratches her or just swoops down to scare her. Either way, iMalkuth doesn't need eyeballs to figure things out. Then s**t proceeds as planned. Sound good?
