Welcome Ngoc! It's so great to have you in the guild, I think that you'll really like it here. We are all very open and kind. Please feel free to ask me or Shiny or any of the crew if you have questions, concerns, comments or suggestions! I really like that you are a web designer... Maybe you could help the guild with your skillz?! *winkwinknudgenudge* I'm glad that you found support in middle and high school, that can be a really hard time for girls like us. I hope you find sanctuary here. gaia_angelleft heart gaia_angelright

I'm trying to work out every day and my roommate is trying to loose weight I quite didn't understand by what you meant as "wishes for the upcoming months." Assuming you meant it as something in general, I actually do. I start my senior year of high school in just 3 days. I am actually calm, but as well as nervous of another situation regarding it. As most know it, senior year is when you have to think about the what you want to do in life and the college you want to attend; and how you will achieve it. For me, I've always been an indecisive person. This is one of the trait, I truly dislike about myself. I am still undecided of my major, and I haven't decided where I would like to attend for college. As a web design hobbyist, I have of course, thought of majoring in something that is related to web designing or generally computer science. Elaborating more on this decision, web design is just a hobby, for me. I understand when people would tell me to just do what I love for a living and not something I would hate doing everyday of my life. But, knowing most web designs are actually freelancer (correct me if I am wrong); I do not want to be a freelancer myself. Speaking for my current financial, I believe it is not stable. I believe my unstable financial is what makes indecisive about my major. I just wish to be able to make up my mind, that hopefully help me financially in the future. Now, I believe that in order to make a wish to come true, the only way I have is to really do my research, ask for support (such as from many other people with experiences or an adult such as my counselor). And I guess, sometime a risk is needed. And on the other hand, I do concern about classmates. My junior year, I had to deal with certain people that I did not like to deal with. I just hope that, by a lucky chance, I probably won't have to be their classmates. But then again, in life that's not how it works, right? I can't just avoid anyone that I wanted. I guess that I shouldn't dwell into immaturity, and just really suck it up, and be the best of who I am already. I don't need to feed into their attitude and all. Ah, I myself, actually have been working out as well! High five! smile
Here is a little piece of advice that I wish someone had told me when I was in my senior year of high school: High school and the grades you get don't matter! When I was a girl, I dreamed of getting straight A's and going to an ivy league college. It turns out, I got my associate's degree at a community college in Florida and am now studying to get my Ph.D. in biochemistry. It turns out, later down the road, you won't remember a thing about high school or the bullies in it. You'll be too busy being an amazing successful person!
As for not wanting to pursue your hobby as a career, I completely understand. I play the cello and many people have told me I should play professionally. However, for me, doing what I love under pressure takes the joy out of it. I like playing cello for my friends and family, not on stage or for a panel of judges. So, I think you should keep doing web design but don't focus on it as a source of income. Enjoy it and, eventually, it can become a source of supplemental income but you don't have to rely on it to survive.
If you're having trouble deciding what to be-- don't worry. I am extremely indecisive as well. Please don't dislike yourself for it. I have found that if I follow my dream, no matter what it is, I progress in my life and am happy-- even if that dream changes along the way. In other words, do what your heart tells you to do and don't worry about money or what people say. In the end, if you go after your dream you will get somewhere totally unexpected!
*high fives back* What sort of exercise do you do? I row.

(・ェ-) Thanks Naioka, once again. That was one of the best constructive advice I have read in awhile. I am glad that I have shared my concerns with you; it certainly boosted my morale. biggrin I used to go to the gym with my older siblings; but, we canceled our memberships after a year. Now, I use Fitness Blender on YouTube, as a workout guide. I recommend their YouTube channel to my friends and families because they have great workout videos, motivating trainers, and also it is free to use. The videos I mostly workout to, are their High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)'s videos. Give Fitness Blender a try. emotion_yatta I don't work out so much as train. I do systema which is Russian martial art.
I will try HIITs. looks good.
I'm glad something I said helped. I want to grow algae for biodiesel fuel.

Hi all~
My name is Nataly. Yeah, I know it's weird, but you'll have to take that up with the nurse who misspelled "Natalie" and stuck a y at the end. Hahah. It's pronounced the same way, though.
Hmm, let's see.
I'm 20 years old, born on March 7th, and Cuban.
I live in Texas and I'm going to community college for Graphic and Web Design. I just finished my Associates of Art degree last semester. I am currently trying my best to support my girlfriend whose brother is battling against cancer (in remission atm!).
I would categorize myself as demisexual, but because not a lot of people know what that is, I label myself as a semi-out lesbian (out to immediate family and immediate friends). It gets the job done, haha.
I love to roleplay, draw, listen to music, watch youtube videos, pet my cat, argue with strangers, and go on SRS on Reddit.
My favorite color is probably a muted teal color, or anywhere on the "blue" spectrum. x3
Nice to meet ya'll!

Hello, nice to meet everyone.
My names Mackenzie, and I live in Indiana.
I prefer not to say my age, and I'm just too terrified to put a picture of me out here. >.<
I'm Mexican-American, but I also consider myself a Wapanese.
I've striving to be a linguist and a yaoi mangaka.
I love yaoi; my signature clearly gives it away, and I don't mind watching/reading/drawing yuri either.
I honestly don't know my sexuality. Right now my feelings and ideas are all mixed up.
I also love to role play. I don't role play heterosexual romances but I do role play yaoi (like all the time oh my god.) and a little bit of yuri.
Anyways I hope everyone has a great day. ^.^

res novae /quote] Hello!
Hmmmm, let's see. My favorites would have to be:
Eat Your Kimchi <-- Simon and Martina live in Korea and they give awesome videos explaining life there. They also explore K-Pop trends and have a BUNCH of funny skits.
TheFineBros <-- I love their "Youtubers/Kids/Elders" React videos.
VSauce <-- The strange frontier of modern science and a lot of informational videos. You'll binge and then your mind will be blown by LIFE, lol.
FeministFrequency <-- Tropes against women! She explores how modern media can have a negative effect on women.
TylerOakley <-- Adorable. Need I say more?
Karen Kavett <-- Everything I need to know about Graphic Design, she explains with a cheerful disposition.
Hartbeat <-- Amazingly funny skits. Kind of inappropriate at times. xD
Andddd, yeah! That's basically it. What about you?

Hm. I'm actually not subscribed to any of those people. sad I used to be subscribed to Tyler Oakley, but I'm not anymore, so there much be a reason for it. Hm... My favorites would have be: Smosh - I've been subscribed to them since they debuted, and they still hold a spot in my heart. JennaMarbles - smile Love her. Her slut-shaming video nearly made me unsub her though. >_< And then the rest are LPers. Uberhaxornova, Chuggaaconroy, and Nintendocaprisun are my faves. Although I have like 50+ subscriptions in total.
