Slash Zinrai Harmony negates all sound... All of it... eek But, I believe that the situation was a bit of a ******** to begin with...if I recall...Wasn't there some side drama going on at the time? The sound occurred before the Harmony effect. It's not a.. persistent sound, it's one quick wave and then the effect's done until its duration ends, more or less. And it was -quite- a ********, yes. Samurai raping prostitute demons.

The Darth Vizzle Sigil Warden I see you went to the Darth school of argumentative thought. "My point." > Direct quote from accepted thought on the subject, disproving point. "That wasn't my point." Alrighty then. Stay salty. Not my fault you can't read or you decide to make inferences and they happen to be wrong, as opposed to relying strictly on what's presented in the post. Here's a more accurate breakdown of that particular instance: "Point X." "That doesn't happen with Y!" "I wasn't talking about Y, I was talking about X." "CLEARLY I KNOW YOUR OWN STATEMENT BETTER THAN YOU SO I'M TELLING YOU THAT YOU WERE TALKING ABOUT Y BECAUSE IT SUITS ME." Yeah, still not my fault you can't read worth ********. The fact that you're still salty about something that is basically nothing more than a misstep of an inference on your part is hilarious, because it wasn't really that big of a deal. People do it all the time - but for some reason you get vehemently defensive over it. Even more hilarious because I quoted verbatim in my post where I was making my point and what it pertained to, and then, with absolutely zero evidence, your response was basically "NUH-UH." Leviathan. Also, the butthurt was centered on the werebear, as I recall.

Sigil Warden Leviathan. Also, the butthurt was centered on the werebear, as I recall. Have you read it yet? There never was a werebear, although that would be cool. Unless you mean Zero's character. Which isn't a werebear because it doesn't suffer from any sort of lycanthropy and/or it doesn't have shapeshifting abilities. It's just a sapient bear.

Man, what the ******** did I miss.
Why do people keep calling people Leviathan?
Like.. the FF Summon? The Biblical Leviathan? Leviathan Stadium? The slang for "a well shaped c**k?" The gay band?
Like am I missing some kind of retarded media phenomenon where someone's named Leviathan? Is it synonymous with Benedict Arnold or something?
"hey man did you buy mcdonalds?" "Leviathan."

Lord Haelstrom Slash Zinrai Harmony negates all sound... Just to clarify, I didn't mean that I was ignored in regards to Sigil's ability. Me and Elder Scrolls go back a ways... But afterwards, there was quite a great deal of noise...The Harmony was supposed to stop all that, and posisbly make everyone (who would find themselves suddenly very much deaf, and inside a golden bubble) pause and take heed of their surroundings. Not so much Omi...I get that he was adversely affected by Voice of the Emperor...But no mention was made of my ability at all. It was more like it never happened at all, really. pirate

I briefly alluded to it, but when Omi's in a raging super-tantrum, sound tends to deafen out + he grows tunnel visioned. So that it "actually" happened, he'd not noticed until a good while after bashing Moonblade's brains out.
Now the rest of them, I have no clue other than they probably misread your post or something. Especially Vintrict, "[FIRES A GUN WHEN THERE'S NO SOUND] FREEZE!" lol
@Darth: Werebear's referring to moi. Somebody gifted Omi a live werebear. He sicked it on Magnus' character. Good times were had.

It's because I referenced the different political ideologies in Hobbes's Leviathan and Locke's A Treaties on Government as an explanation between the dichotomy of views on authority, the tldr version being: either you think you should listen to authority because it's authority and let it do its thing, or that you should question authority and criticize it because doing so keeps it in line, and the social contract requires input from both the authority and those within the authority's rules.
I mean, this is really basic, common-knowledge stuff even for like.. sophomore university students, so I didn't think someone would have to be too well-read to get these kinds of references, but.. whatever. Anyone who's read either of them knows that they're applicable to any and every situation where there's an authority and a group of people under the authority's rule. From classrooms to Fortune 500 meetings; they're ALWAYS going to be ordered along one line or the other.

Alright, that actually makes slightly more sense. I am familiar with the Matter, Forme and Power, I just..
....it has only just recently been referenced by like, 11 different people seemingly out of context. I've had C. Fox go "Leviathan."
Coincidences don't happen, some f** on YouTube's done this and I'll not buy otherwise.

The Middle East loves Hobbes, bro.
Actually they probably hate the ******** out of him for being a Western philosopher. But y'know what I mean.
