Well, when you have a public guild, you have to put up with those sorts of posts. Private and Hidden guilds do tend to cut down on it. For working on character development, if you had a position in mind, you can jump on that. To me, that would be the first thing to think of. The actual circus roleplay, as far as I'm seeing, has not actually started yet, unless we're setting it up through the ball.

Maybe once we get everything going, it'll slow down. It'll all be seperated between the different areas, and in time only the ones that are serious about it will stick around for the roleplay.
Also...rant from Sil time - In the world of theater one should KNOW that you do not open the doors once the performance has BEGUN. So don't leave as SOON as the house lights go down, and then get mad when the usher outside the door tells you that you can't go in. I'm sorry you paid five bucks, but I can't let you in after the performance has begun.

I used to work concerts with my mom at the PAC when I was little and I always if you went outside you can't go back in until intermission!

The lack of preparation and small staff communication is all there is to it, really. I'm trying to do what I can as a regular member, suggestions and summarizing what's been presented.
Honestly, I assume there's no significance in this role play. It is merely a "starting point," and is probably going to stay that way for the rest of the weekend.

Gah, I'm dumb and forgot my laptop charger. I won't be back until later. :<
Loyal - I kinda stopped trying to keep up with it. I'm going to wait till it slows down later to start posting again. Or just wait till the main one gets up and running. Again, hopefully all of the ones who aren't serious about it will be weeded out.
Anyways. Computer's dying. Be back later!

I wonder how busy Conch is. I would like to contact her and ask her if I can become a part of the guild's crew (temporary) just to lessen the burden/chaos/workload/etc. There's a couple of threads and subforums I would like to add to the guild, and maybe even a bit of an re-organization as well. Things are getting kinda messy around here.

Hi. I'm new around here. I love that this guild is setting up a serious role play around the cirque rig. I have an o.c I would love to add into the mix, but I hope it isn't too late.
it centers around the magician's apprentice, so it's a really fun character that I think can join right in with either of to cirque's you have going on. I'll post it and hope it gets approved.

I can't speak for the other two crew members, but I know that Conch has a job as a bartender, so she is busy a few days out of the week. Also, what is the busy time for most people she might be asleep during because she does live in New Zealand. As for myself, I'm here most of the time, but this week I got put on bedrest and have been a little out of it when it comes to role-play and guild work. The guild just started, there's going to be a bumpy ride in the beginning for any guild as it is, but the bumps are going to be smoothed out as time passes. For now, just relax and enjoy yourself. 3nodding

A chatterbox subforum would also be a nice place for those who want to make threads unrelated to the roleplay/Loyal/circus/old-threads/etc. :0
