Judus offered his elbow as a servant went running from the room to do Lord Mirson's bidding. "How much of the city have you seen, My lady?"

Violet resisted the urge to make a face at Ambersky. She went to take Judus's elbow, and then stumbled forward and fell to her knees.

Judus was quick on his feet, catching her elbows, "Lady! Are you well?"
"Nice fall... That was very convincing...." Ambersky was having trouble keeping his human face in a worried expression

Judus helped her to to the seat he'd been in and crouched at her knee. All the lords looked pale as could be, and unsure of what to do; their king's head was lower than all of theirs. "What can I do to help you? Shall I send for my physician? Or would you prefer if I sent for a herb-witch?"

All around eyes bugged out; the king was doing manual labor.
Ambersky hid his grin behind a fist, "Of, course majesty... Shall I get the door for you?"

Violet nearly dropped the act when Judus lifted her up, but just closed her eyes and pretended to be faint.

Judus nodded to Ambersky, and carried Violet towards the door.
The gryphon turned human, hurried ahead and opened the door, "Majesty, Lady Violet... Lord Tora, would you care to join us? Thank you, Good men, for your time."
