Thinking of you, wherever you are. Kairi Princess of Heart The crimsonette's tension eased up a little when Sora told her and Xion that he thought the were near the end. "I hope so," Kairi started to say, "Because- Oof!". She cut off her sentence because Sora had stoped walking very suddenly. The red head bumped into him, and the ravenette bumped into her. That's when Kairi heard something, and they all froze. It was a strange hissing noise, and it was very familiar to Kairi. It was the sound of a Heartless. The crimsonette then thought that maybe Sora was just trying to scare her and Xion. But when Sora told to her to cut it out, the Princess tensed up again and whispered, "It's not me Sora." The brunette asked if it was Xion, but Kairi was sure it wasn't. There was another hiss and the red head seriously considered letting go of Sora's hand to summon her Keyblade, just to be safe. The Keyblade Master took a step forward, and the crimsonette heard something click. She then heard a whoosh and saw two bright yellow eyes soaring toward the three of them. The Princess gasped, and in the blink of an eye Sora lit up the room as he summoned his Keyblade and eliminated the creature. There was a sound of crunching metal and some lights flickered on. Kairi had to blink several times to adjust to the new found light. She then looked around as some yelled to Sora. The crimsonette began voicing her opinion aloud, "What was Sora doing? He was protecting us from the Heartless of...course?" She had just caught sight of what the Keybearer had destroyed. "Oh..." She was looking at an old scarecrow attached to a metal rod that had come out of the wall. Sora gave sheepish laugh, put his keyblade away, and said it was his bad. Now that the lights were on, they could clearly see the exit. Once they were out of the earshot of the workers Kairi began cracking up. "I seriously thought that that was a Heartless, I was scared! But then it turned out to be some old scarecrow. And you completely pulverized it!"We pray for our sorrows to end, and hope that our hearts will blend.

Xion was really confused when the ride stopped. Was it over? Already? That was lame. Then she heard Sora whispering and then Kairi's hand fumbling for something. Oh, her hand. Xion reached out and took her. She though no one would see it. She clumsily followed the two out of the car and started walking. Sora said something she didn't quite catch and Kairi agreed. They were walking for a little bit until Sora spoke about the exit and his words being dropped and the ravenette bumped into the princess. Xion tried to find him among the darkness. He told Kairi to stop. Stop what? She then heard the hiss and her name to follow. "No," she said quietly.
He moved forward only slightly and the heartless came flying at him. The room lit up with the summoning of his keyblade. It did look like hers. The sound of cracking metal ran gout and then one of the ride workers came out and yelled at them. Xion tried not to laugh. It had been some crappy scarecrow with light up eyes. Before the wroker could yell anymore, Xion took off, pulling Kairi with her who hopefully still had Sora hand. ONce they were out of the building Xion began laughing. "Sora! You're so funny! You thought it was a Heartless!! Hahahah! Twice!!! Hahahah!" She was almost on the ground laughing.
Ari glanced at Blink as he asked which game first. She looked around until she spotted a Whack-A-Mole style game. She ran over to it as she tugged on Blink to follow. Instead of there being mole and dirt on it it had fish and water. She liked it. It was one of her favorites. "Okay, what me murder this thing," she chimed before game began and she picked up the foam mallet and began to beat the fish as they jumped up.

xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxSoraxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxFinally back!!! I can rest up, hang with my friends and... Sora felt really stupid for letting something like this spook him, then destroy something pointless, and furthermore fake. He was about to make up some excuse when Xion darted forward, pulling him and Kairi along with her. They were soon outside the ride, and the two girls started laughing. He frowned at first, but then couldn't stop himself from laughing too. Kairi admitted to thinking it was a Heartless too, and Xion thought he was hysterical. "Okay, so they got me," he laughed. "I guess that wasn't a bad ride after all!"
After laughing some more, Sora finally regained composure. He hoped no one else had been on the ride and he'd just ruined their fun. Oh well, it sure had been fun for them! He took a step back and looked from Kairi to Xion. They looked almost identical when they laughed, except Kairi's hair was red and longer. He cleared his throat from all that laughing and looked around some more. "Okay, so my pick sucked," he admitted. "It was funny and all, though. So, Xion? Kairi?" He knew that Xion had said she didn't care before, but now she seemed more comfortable with him and the crimsonette. Maybe she wouldn't be afraid to come up with something to do. After all, it was her turn. The day was getting later and he didn't think there was too much time left, so he hoped that the two girls would come up with something to do kind of quickly. GO TO SCHOOL!?!

Thinking of you, wherever you are. Kairi Princess of Heart Kairi continued laughing at the incident, and soon Xion and Sora joined in as well. The brunette said that it wasn't a bad ride after all, and the crimsonette nodded in agreement. The red head finally managed to stop laughing and put on her normal, sweet smile. The Keybearer admitted that his choice had sucked, but they still had fun. Sora then looked at the to girls and questioned them, wondering what they'd do next. Kairi thought for a moment. It was Xion's turn to choose, but the ravenette said she hadn't cared. So the Princess figured she'd pitch an idea to see if the other two liked it. It was getting late in the day so they couldn't spend too much time lollygagging. "We could go on the ferris wheel maybe?" Kairi suggested, "We would get a great view of the whole carnival, and the Island. And if we're lucky we'll get to see the sunset from up there. That would be so cool."We pray for our sorrows to end, and hope that our hearts will blend.

Xion put her hand to her chest as her laughter died and she heard Sora ask about a ride. She shook her head. She was clueless as to what was even here. She looked to the princess as she suggested a ferris wheel and seeing the whole island. "Yeah, that sounds nice. I haven't seen it in so long," Xion agreed absent mindedly. She turned to Sora to get his okay before leaving and besides she had no clue where or what it was. "All of them," Ari answered with shrug. She hit each fish as it popped out of the machine until finally the game was over. She'd hit all of them and the machine spat out a long reel of tickets for her to shove into her pockets. She turned to Blink. "You're choice."

xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxSoraxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxFinally back!!! I can rest up, hang with my friends and... Sora turned his head and listened to Kairi as she made a suggestion. Well, it sounded good to him. He nodded as Xion agreed and he started to lead the way. The sun was in fact starting to set, so by the time they got on the ferris wheel it would be bright red. The next attraction wasn't that far from the Haunted House, so they were already half way there when the brunette got an idea. "Hang on a sec," he muttered, then ran to a nearby vendor. He quickly pulled out some munny -- taking the time to wonder why he could find it so fast this time around -- and bought three sea-salt ice cream bars. He then returned to his two friends and handed them each the cool treat. "Save it for the ride, okay?" he said with a smile, then continued leading the way.
It wasn't long before the trio were in line for the ferris wheel. Again, since it wasn't a popular ride, the line was relatively short. Sora's ice cream hadn't even melted by the time they had to take a seat. Sora decided he'd sit in the middle this time. He wanted to talk to Xion and find out more about her, but at the same time he still wanted to be near Kairi. So he took a seat in the middle of the ride and waited as the two girls sat. The bar clicked down in front of them and the wheel whirred as it rotated up. The brunette gave a huge grin and bit into his ice cream. It had been a while since he'd tasted the salty-sweetness of sea-salt. He glanced at both Kairi and Xion, then stared out at the scenery. It was really nice. He could easily see the ocean, and he could even pick out his house. There was a constant breeze as the wheel moved, making the moment even better. GO TO SCHOOL!?!

Xion smiled and took the ice cream from him. She hadn't had this in forever. it immedately reminded her of her two friends. One had forgotten her and the other....she didn't even know if he existed like her now. She followed Sora to the ferris wheel and sat down beside him. The bar clicked down and the ride took them up. When the ravenette saw Sora bite into his ice cream, she did the same. "The icing on the cake," she whispered. It was more or less to herself but after she'd said it she knew Sora probably heard but he probably wouldn't take it as anything.
She just stared out at the island and the ocean and the beach, remembering it in so many different ways and in so many different memories that belonged to someone else and herself. Her eyes just scanned, watching everything as time continued.
Ari followed Blink and watched him pay and play his game. She clapped and cheered once he won the fish. She looked away for a second and saw the sky was changing colors. "Oh, it's getting alte already," she told him.

xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxSoraxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxFinally back!!! I can rest up, hang with my friends and... Things were pretty quiet as the group sat on the ferris wheel and it went around. Sora heard a small phrase from Xion: "The icing on the cake". He couldn't explain it, but he felt like he'd heard it before. But not as himself. It was an odd sensation. He turned and looked at Xion cuiously for a moment, but then the ride jerked to a stop. They were letting more people on. They happened to be at the top of the wheel. The brunette smiled and took another bite of his ice cream. The sun was turning red and resting just on the horizon. He hoped they'd leave the wheel like this for a while.
"I hope we can remember this forever," Sora muttered after a moment. He personally knew how hectic life could get, and it was these little moments that made it all worth while. Despite the fact that he was often fighting for his life or the well-being of the universe, it was all worth these precious memories. If he was preserving the worlds so other people could have moments like these, then he was happy. He stared at the setting sun for a while, not being bothered by the light that should have been piercing his eyes. He'd seen a lot brighter lights, so the sun never bothered him anymore. "Hey, you know that rumor about the green flash?" he asked the two girls, still watching the horizon. "They say that just as the sun sets over the ocean, the whole sky will flash green. I've heard it means that someone is returning to this world from the dead, but I don't know. Maybe it just means someone's coming here. I wonder if we'll see it." GO TO SCHOOL!?!

(jewfy hasn't posted yet, even though marth's made a post for her to reply to. wonder what's going on...) Lakayna and Axel went on a few more rides together. She'd gotten him to go on the rollar coaster with her at least once, which made Lakayna happy. He in turn had dragged her to the hauted house, which turned out to be more silly than anything. One of the things had been broken, and the way it had been done; both Lakayna and Axel could guess by who. They laughed during most of that ride. Time flew by without either of them noticing it until Axel mentioned the sun was setting. "We should find the others soon. I heard there was going to be a fireworks show to close the fair out in a spectacular way. We can all watch it together," she said, walking beside Axel around the grounds looking for the others.

Naminé Miss Memory Witch
Naminé looked at Riku, wondering who could cause him to worry like this, simply by showing up. Before the boy answered her though, his eyes looked over her and to Roxas, staying on her best friend when he spoke the name. Xion. A gasp was issued from Naminé's mouth and her eyes instantly went to Roxas as well. But he didn't remember her... No, neither he nor Axel would remember. Her eyes turned back to Riku and he was looking at her now.
"Xion? But... but what about Sora? What does this mean for him? Will his memories go back to her now, split? Will she affect him? Oh, no." The petite blonde said. Of course she had nothing against Xion herself, but the thought that this could mess up Sora... "Oh, this is all my fault!" Naminé said, burrying her face in her hands. "She could start affecting Sora... I should have fixed this. I tried to fix it but I couldn't do it soon enough! I messed up and now it could hurt everyone! Sora could start loosing memories again.. and Xion. No one will remember her, except for you and me! That must be horrible for her!" The petite blonde said, her voice slightly muffled due to her hands covering her face. "If I hadn't messed with Sora in the first place, none of this would have happened. Sora would have gone on and Roxas would be his own person anyway. I should've said no to the Organization, even if they turned me into a dusk or... or killed me!"

Thinking of you, wherever you are. Kairi Princess of Heart The Princess grinned when Sora and Xion agreed to her idea. She and Xion followed as the brunette began leading the way to the ferris wheel. Half way through the walk there he told the girls to wait a moment. Kairi watched as he ran over to a nearby vendor and bought something. When he returned he handed each of them a sea-salt ice cream bar, and told them to save it for the ride. Thank you Sora," the Princess smiled as she took the bar. In no time at all the three had reached the ferries wheel, and were seated. This time Sora sat in the middle. Kairi decided to sit down next to his right, the side closest to the ocean. Once the trio was in, the safety bar clicked down in front of them and they began going up. The crimsonette saw Sora grin then take a bite of his ice cream, and then saw Xion bite into hers as well. Kairi looked down at her ice cream and slowly took a bite. "Oh!" she couldn't help exclaiming. This was Kairi's first time having sea-salt ice cream. She may have had it when she was younger living in Radiant Garden, but if she had had it she didn't remember getting it or what it tasted like. The sudden salty sweetness surprised her at first, but she liked it. She smiled, took another bite, and stared out at the view before her. The wheel jerked to a stop as they let more people aboard. Luckily for the three friends, they were at the very top of the wheel when stopped. The sun was just on the horizon turning red and orange. The sky was an array of colors: yellow orange, pink, purple, blue. The crimsonette loved watching the sunset. To her left, Kairi heard Sora muttered "I hope we can remember this forever." She turned towards him and smiled, "Yeah. Me too." She looked back out at the sea. The Princess truly treasured moments like this. This sunset made her remember that sunset two years ago, the one right before she, Sora, and Riku were suppose to leave on their raft. Kairi closed her eyes and could picture it perfectly. "You know, Riku has changed." "What do you mean?" "Well..." "You okay?" "Sora, let's take the raft and go--just the two of us!" "Huh?" "Just kidding." "What's gotten into you? You're the one that's change, Kairi." "Maybe... You know, I was a little afraid at first, but now I'm ready. No matter where I go or what I see, I know I can always come back here. Right?" "Yeah, of course!" "That's good. Sora, don't ever change." "Huh?" "I just can't wait. Once we set sail, it'll be great."Kairi wasn't quite sure what had gotten into her then. It was probably her love for Sora popping up then. The brunette had been right though, she had changed. The Princess opened hers eyes and looked at Sora with a smile. She had told he don't ever change, and she was very happy that he hadn't. Kairi pulled herself out her memories when the Keyblade Master asked her and Xion if they knew the rumor about the green flash. He watched the horizon as he explained it to them. Kairi replied, "I've heard the part about just as the sun sets over the ocean, the whole sky will flash green. But didn't know it meant be that someone is returning to this world from the dead. Maybe you're right though, maybe it just means someone's coming here. I wonder who? And yeah, I wonder if we'll see it too."We pray for our sorrows to end, and hope that our hearts will blend.

xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxSoraxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxFinally back!!! I can rest up, hang with my friends and... Sora was very pleased at how peaceful everything seemed. And just as he thought it would last forever, the ride began moving again. The sun was disappearing under the horizon, and there was no green flash He guessed there were no visitors coming to his world tonight. The wheel spun around a couple more times and the brunette finished his ice cream. Once, when the ride had stopped, he'd rocked the seat, resulting in a slap from Xion. He laughed, but didn't do it again. All too soon, the ride was over and they had to get off.
Sora jumped off first, then offered his hand to both girls to help them out. "It's getting dark now," he pointed out. "Let's see if we can find the others and catch the fireworks together." Every year, at the end of the festival, they had a brilliant fireworks display. He wouldn't miss it for the worlds... well, he couldn't really use that expression any more. But he didn't want to miss it. Sure, he hadn't had any time alone with Kairi today, but he guessed that was okay. It hadn't damaged their relationship at all. So the brunette led the girls through the fair and caught sight of a familiar dragon-girl. He waved to her and Axel, quickening his pace to reach the two. GO TO SCHOOL!?!
