Merem groaned and woke up. He looked down at Miranda, "Good morning," He said to her.

She chirped again, and looked up, blowing a little bit of fire up. Miranda was certain that Merem had enough sleep, she was full of energy.

Merem sat up, holding the little dragon to his chest so she didn't fall off, "Hungry?" He asked her with a smile.

Miranda nuzzled Merem, not bothered by him holding her. She looked at him, hoping what he said would mean food was coming.

Merem chuckled, "I take that as a yes," He said and climbed out of bed, still holding the little creature in his arms. He carried her to the shop downstairs and bought a load of different kinds of meat, making sure she didn't leave him.

Miranda looked around the shop, eager to explore the place that had such a delicious scent. She attracted the attention easily being a dragon, and looked at Merem, hoping that some of the meat would be for her.

Merem went back to their room when he was finished and spread out a towel again, putting the meat on it for Miranda, "There you go," He said and let her go eat.

Miranda looked up at Merem before going to the towel and starting to eat. She looked at Merem, wondering if he was going to eat.

"Go ahead little one. I won't stop you," Merem said. His diet is not meat. He only had a little from the last town he was in. He wouldn't have eaten it himself.

Miranda went back to eating, enjoying her meal. When she was finished she looked at Merem squeeling happily.

Miranda nuzzled Merem's hand again, before starting to playfully attack it. She held onto his hand with her two clawed ones.

Miranda looked at Merem curious as to why he pulled his hand away. She went to attack his hand again, thinking he was playing.
