Crow, now convinced that business talk had been finished or postponed until they had made further progress began walking towards the highway. Still unsure of where the car might be he stopped at the edge of it and waited for the others to catch up. He stood like a guard at the edge of the forest, bored with the delays of the seemingly pointless conversation.

Kioko bowed in thanks for her offer and opened the car's back door. She moved aside and gestured for Crow and ventus to get in and looked at the other girl by the tree.
"are you comming too?" she asked her

Lucinda noded and for a second her eyes flashed again. She went as quietly as ppossible-not wanting to upset anything and even her skin tanned slightly to match the trees

Due to Ventus's weight, it was a little hard for Karin to get the car moving, but it was pretty much smooth sailing from there. They sped out of the marshes and into Miami, passing popular clubs and bars near the waterfront that were closed down for the day. She turned down another road and, suddenly, they were in a much worse part of town. As it was right next to all the upscale places, it wasn't too bad, but the difference was noticeable. A few blocks down, and they pulled into the parking lot of an old looking motel, the Devil Rays Inn.
Karin shut off the engine and stepped out of the car, bringing out her room key as she did so. She opened the door to a room on the ground floor, number 6, and welcomed them inside.
"It's not much, but it's home for now."

Lucinda was crushed during the ride, but remined silent. She entered the apartment and knealed near an oulet, waiting for Kioko to speak.

"I'm not sure about her," Karin said, motioning to Lucinda as she sat on the bed, "But, I'm looking for someone. My brother, Tony. I have reason to believe he is around here somewhere, and that you were traveling with him, at least for a short while." She ran her fingers over the bottle she had earlier used to heighten her sense of smell. "You see, I'm a Natural. I come from a small colony of Naturals in North Dakota. There is a woman there, a Seer, who told me this is where I would find my brother. Another woman, her daughter, made me this potion to help me find you. Please, if you know anything about where my brother might be, will you tell me?"

Elizabith sighed and Mariea jumped "Marie wonders if Lizzy was hurt outside" Mariea said Elizabith shook her head Mairea grabbed a strenth bomb gun, she shot at both gaurds, destroying the seals, she then shot off Elizabith's bods and shot a hole through the celing as well as one in the wall. She scrached up the table "Maire wishes Lizzy luck" She whispered giveing Elizabith the gun and assuming a fallen position. Elizabith scrambled up the broken air vent with the gun in one hand.
