All right then. He lives this way.

*Nana would extend her hand out in the direction of the north end of the Citadel. The children would look that way as well, then took off like sling shot ammo. Micha was the only one that had been to where Slayer lived before so he'd point the directions out for his siblings once he caught up. They were absent minded afterall so it wasn't likely they were paying attention to the fact Slayer lived in the north guard tower. Nana, Phia and devon could enjoy a more leisurely walk towards the tower*

Phia smiled when the children took off.

"I remember when my daught'r was tha' age, they're so energetic. She was always bouncin' off the walls..." She looked to Nana, Devon was squirming in her arms, he wanted to run off like the older children but knew his mother wouldn't let him wander far. Phia let Devon down but kept hold of his hand, he swung around and came to a stop in front of Nana, staring up at her. The only person he knew to be so tall was Daddy, but Daddy was taller. He tilted his head and giggled a bit at the strange woman before going back to his mother's side.

"So...do ye know Twilight?"

<.<

Yes. In fact it was Twilight who introduced us. I had been poking about the Dojo one day to visit him. Both yourself and your husband had arrived shortly after. You two were-- publicly passionate, I suppose would be the best terms I can come up with.

^//^;

I had known Twilight since before arriving here, for a short time.

>__>

But like the others... he disappeared, and I was left utterly alone.

*Hopefully mention of D wouldn't make Phia too sad, but would rather give her a renewed reason to be in the Citadel to get Mastema's help. Truinthil's clone would hopefully not know what hit him. Devon's laughter was nice to hear, happy children were a joy*

Phia blushed a bit when Nana mentioned her PDA. Well, D and her were kinda like high schoolers at times. Thoose memories brought a small smile and some perverted thoughts of what would come once he was back, but they were wiped from her mind when she realized present company.

"Sorry 'bout tha' It's jes...well life's short I guess." She looked back up to Nana who was significantly taller than Phi who was only 5'0". "So...do ye know where Twilight migh' be? Cause I'd really like to see my broth'r sometime..." She shrugged. Devon was still giggling and smiling.

Hmm... No I don't I'm afraid. I haven't seen him for months myself really. So-- I know how you feel.

*It was good that Devon could giggle and smile in such a place like the Citadel. For one from outsode to be able to do so, the atmosphere must have changed a lot from what it had originally been. By now Nana's children were well on their way to the north tower, while Nana and Phia lagged behind with Devon which chatting*

((Ok, Nana will send Phia to Slayer with the kids when Mas pops in, then come back with Mas and will enter late into the tower will all of you.))

"This isn't what I had in mind!" Heine screamed to himself as he forced the experimental motorcycle to swerve and turn faster than it was intended in order to avoid the small laser fire that had warded him off from his approach to the citadel. Still, Heine swerved closer to the edge of the citadel's death zone, using the cycle's own on board computer to help randomize his swerve pattern to avoid being hit. Heine decided that he would come around and try to think of another way in, but that idea was shot down when out of nowhere, a white clad man with blue hair seemed to jump out of no where in front of Heine; and before he could react, the other man's extended arm had hit against the bottom of Heine's helmet, causing him to lose his grip on the bike travelling at 50+ mph and tumble along the ground. It was a good thing Heine at least thought through enough to be wearing full body protection.

The entire 'fight,' if it could be called that, was over in that way. Even though Heine wasn't hurt, he was still knocked out from the sheer force that had caused him to slow down and hit the ground at those speeds.

"Well that was a lot easier than I thought it'd be....." Thanatos shook the soreness out of his forearm where he connected with Heine's helmet. With minimal help from Zio, it was easy to determine the man was down for the count. However, Than also realized that the man was probably not a threat in the first place. Still, it wasn't as if they could just let anybody waltz in. Thanatos would see to it that Heine was treated for any wounds by Zio. Maybe Heine would have regained consciousness by the time they returned from the invitational party. It never occurred to Than to consider why a mere human had approached the citadel in such a way, though they were rather prone to dangerous stunts.

((See you Monday Phi, Nana ish scooting now. ))

*Having received a message from Mastema, Nana had pointed Phia in the direction of the north guard tower. She would catch up to her later, once this new business was taken care of. After a few minutes of walking, Nana would be back at the tower, where she would converse with Mastema for a few minutes in the Mind, then head down to the bedroom. Apparently some invitations had been left, they were to a party being hosted by someone neither knew of. Out of curiosity perhaps Mastema and Nana were going to attend, but first Nana needed an appropriate party dress. Given a list of options by Zio, Nana would choose a lovely full length, black fishtail dress with a few pearls here and there. Taking a few minutes to slip into the dress, and do up her hair, Nana would look spectacular. One could only wonder what Mastema's first response would be, as Nana had never worn anything like this before*

Ready.

Of course, Thanatos had also gotten wind of this odd invitation that had been sent to the citadel. Using Zio to get the contents of it, he was partially struck by the fact that it was being held at the Temple..... why there of all places? Had the place revived itself under a different ruler? No, the invitation sounded far too different to be any of Galette's associates. If anyone was going to claim that place, it would probably have been Dom or Apollo. Thanatos had to have more answers than this. At last, it was time to return to the outside world after his months of training. Now, he could take everything back.

"Black?" Mastema enquired. "I'd say I've had an effect on your fashion choice. That said, I think I like my influence." Mastema chuckled and took Nana's arm. He'd chosen a more distinguished look as well. He'd picked a traditional black and white scheme for a rather bold looking suit. He had knee high, heeled boots, black pants, a black coat with white cuffs from the end of his sleeves to the elbow, and a white cap that partly wrapped around his shoulders, all the way down to the elbows with a curve that met between his collar bones. The rest of the cape nearly reached the floor. Even so, he had no extra adorners for his suit, as it was clear no one outside of this citadel cared about his position. "We're not going alone either. Thanatos will be joining us." Mastema mentioned it as they were making their way to the outskirts of the citadel.

D-does it look good at least? You look lovely dear.

*Nana being her usual self wasn't sure if the dress really suited her. If anything this dress showed off far more leg than she was used to, but was still far from being too much or over the top. This was the first time Nana and Mastema had left the citadel together for quite some time, the last possibly being their wedding in the wood. Nana would look up to Mastem upon hearing that Thanatos wished to join them to the function. Thanatos hadn't gone far from the citadel in a while himself*

^///^
O-oh? Hnn~ I hope he enjoys himself.

"I want to make an impression after all." He chuckled. "As I see it, a dress without anyone wearing it; it is the wearer who makes a dress beautiful or not. Ergo, a stunning woman makes it a stunning dress. The only way it could be otherwise is if it hid your own beauty, and it hardly does any of that." Mastema would leave it at that and continue walking. How they would get to the party was anyone's guess. He didn't feel obligated to tell Nana that it was Thanatos's request, if something so vehemently demanded could be considered a request.

Hnn~

*A familiar response from Nana would be heard as she turned her head to blush a little. The pair would continue on until they reached the edge of the barrier. From there it looked like they were waiting for Thanatos? Then they could be on their way. Nana started to wonder who else might show up, she knew so few in the region*

*By now the children were at the base of the north tower, Phia would likely catch up soon but until then, they were ready to enter the building and head up to see 'grandpa' Slayer. He was likely the only grandfather figure they would ever know, and there was no harm in thinking of him like true blood family. Heading inside, the three would reach the elevator and call it down. If Slayer was there, he would certainly notice. Once the elevator was on the ground, the children piled in and pressed the button to take them up to the top*

Slayer was sitting in a luxury chair, a quilt over his lap and reading a book, when he noticed the elevator go down. "Ah... it seems our young ones have come for a visit as well."

"Huh... well this'll be fun. Wonder how you explain that this guy is enough threat to tie up." Sho replied. He'd been put in charge of overseeing Heine's captivity and making sure the man didn't do anything stupid. He'd brought the still unconscious intruder to Slayer's home to keep a better eye on him. Right now, Heine was slumped back in a wooden chair, still in his gear minus his helmet, and hands cuffed to the chair. It wasn't like the man would have much chance of getting out anyway.
PostPosted: Sun Aug 19, 2007 12:59 am

*The elevator doors finally opening, the children would arrive and enter the room. The children would of course spot Slayer and Sho right away, Heine would take a few more seconds to register. Granted by that time Trilla was already latched to the side of Sho in a neicely fashion. Eecheb and Micha were still at the door, they'd bearly stepped out before Trilla somehow made it by them and to Sho. Their sister was nimble and quick, this much they had learned in an instant*

Eecheb: .___.,

Micha: . . .

Trilla: | ~ o__o ~ | Hi uncle Sho!! | Hi papa Slayer!! | .....Who's that?!

Slayer was the first to chuckle and respond. He'd quite thoughtfully put his pipe away before the kids arrived. "Hello there, Trilla dear. Micha, Eecheb, it's wonderful to see you too. What brings you three this way?" Slayer closed his book and set it in his lap, knowing silent reading time was over.

Sho just smiled and returned Trilla's embrace lightly with one arm, his other holding his sheathed sword. He patted and ran his fingers over Trilla's hair affectionately."Hmm hmm...... Oh, this guy?" Sho prodded Heine with the end of his sheath, no response returned. "This poor guy was apparently getting too close to the citadel and might've been trying to get in. But, Than knocked his lights out and brought him here. Guess we'll know what's up with him when he wakes up."
