As I said, read my previous post before spitting and then scrub your foul mouth. Because you're not the Kage, and you're not Crew. Starting at different levels, besides being within the Kage's authority, was also based on experience-wise. When I made my first Chuunin, Karite asked if I had run characters elsewhere before passing my profile. And you never did ask him what ranks of people he need more of in the village. Additionally, Kouri gave you the authority to check over profiles, but it wasn't specifically 'you can allow them to start at whatever rank you please'.

Citrus she is correct. You need to back off and leave that job to the kage of said village. Your job so I hear is not to accept anyone but look over profiles so please do as your asked andn ot what you think you should be doing. I wished to find a nicer way to say this but this is as nice as it gets.
Proto also I need you to drop this whole thing and leave it to the crew ok? Thank you for reporting it that was responcable but let him duke it out with the crew for now.

I am just stating what is needed with odd teams numbers and no other jonnin teacher it needs a jonnin teacher and one more gennin see those thing are needed.

Teams doesn't have to be just in cells of three. Four is perfectly acceptable, and occasionally, five. Genins could run missions alone, as long as it's C or below.

Citrus Samurai well yes yes I could I was thinking about that but that still leaves the problem that there would be no aced teacher and no jonnin teacher. Who cares as soon as Kourii comes back she'll be teaching the Academy again I think

Yeah she was te first teacher until she was weighed down with busy stuff then Karite came then you, and then michael jack son and then peter griffin surprised
