cuzz its a super rare dragon.
Some people are invesitigating how to get such a dragon, because it is realy hard to get one
I think I heard if it had soft shell and then you try to break the egg to hatch it when it is almost hatched, if it survives it will hatch like that but not sure.

Allot of people tell diffrent things about neglected dragons so I'll have to try all the ways ^^
