Radio was my dream back in high school. But then I found an interest in voice acting. Would still like to do radio, though.

There are, but they are few and far between...rarely with any openings for newcomers...and very, very few in the region I'm in. I've been barking up this tree for years. XD
The reason I started my first degree in Communications was for broadcasting. I'd still take a good job if I could find it...though usually you need to do some production before you get on-air anywhere. Problem with that is, I am bollocks at production. Even though I learned a little of it, I'm nowhere near passable enough to get a job in production and actually keep it. Hence, my dilemma with the field as a whole.

Picked up a degree in Communications and Writing a couple years back, spent 4 years at the school radio station working in various positions before that (talk show host, play-by-play sports broadcaster, color commentary, Sports Director...which is basically the guy who does all the calling, hiring, scheduling and arranging of broadcasts on campus and with other school/location administrators, including interviews pre-game, etc...and an ill-fated year as the Production Manager).
I've been rejected on enough applications since then, though, to know that a career in broadcasting for me isn't very likely. Which is why I started looking into different things recently.

I am really mad at myself for falling asleep on the bus. Then I might have had a chance at making it at the end
