Kari: Wintrex took over Jneb's "Fish are Friends not Food" mini-shop a while back. ^^ Wintrex doesn't draw, apparently, so I offered to make new shop items for her. I made some dead fish for her a couple of weeks ago and some Harry Potter fish for her last night....three character fish and four generic "house" fish. X3

If it were me, I would probably try and get a different teacher. Ignore what other kids say or think. It will all pass within time and people will forget you ever changed teachers.
I think this would be a better rout then sticking with the same teacher and be nervous upset over it for the rest of your 2yrs of school..

The school system in Italy is very different from the one in the US, but I will give you my opinion as best I can. Kari's suggestion of talking to the Principal (Headmaster? President?) sounds like the best route to me. Schedule a meeting and request a special solution for you. Ask to have just this one teacher changed. Bring your mother with you to help argue the case. Your happiness and ability to excel in school shouldn't be retarded because of one teacher.

If this isn't possible, switch sections. Forget the other students. Who cares what anyone else in your school thinks? Their opinion and narrow-minded gossip won't affect your school career and thus the rest of your life. Most people I know never even see most of their classmates ever again once you graduate. What's important here is YOU. Your teacher isn't even an important consideration in this situation. He is there to WORK, and his job involves helping YOU. You are not a slave or servant to his whims and opinions. He is not your father or your boss. You don't owe him anything and you certainly don't need to feel as if you should sacrifice your school record or your emotional well-being just because this man is not a good "fit" for you as far as student-teacher relations go.

Meave... actually yes. I've never had a teacher so unfair like him, makes PE into a weekly torture. I've been really distressed during the last weeks of school, because I could have failed the year because of PE.

Well, I don't have many friends in my section anyway. I'd miss my Japanese course mates, but I could still see them in the afternoons.

I've talked to the headmistress (another one I dislike, although it's nothing compared to my teacher). She said the same thing as my mother, try not to think about it, do PE, and at most change section. She can't do anything to prove my teacher is unfair or doesn't treat me well, nor tell him to stop.
I don't know what she'll do if I say I want to change school, since I got some very good results with maths competitions (and she's really annoying when she rants about the good students her school has - the reason why I dislike her stare ).

I don't know if it's possible to change only 1 teacher. Probably it would be the best solution for me, but:
* Some of my classmates (the one my teacher likes, and the ones who play on his volley team) got 9/10 this year. I bet they wouldn't like changing teacher.
* The only other PE teacher is a close friend of my actual PE teacher. And this worries me because he's got favourites too.

I need to go to dinner now (and think a bit more, since I realize there's no easy way out).

I know now I have the last 2 dvds but not the first 3 crying
