Keiro had to sit down by the road, his burns hurt too much to keep moving. "We are protecting eachother! I'm getting away from melissa but I promise to stay safe D-Dana!" He pulled his knees up to his chest and winced.
Fefi glared at Asomi beore Tobi started to speak. "I think she is abusing the boy...I think it's best we give him to a different family." He looked at Asomi, they had discussed it last night together that if no one wanted Keiro they would take him in.
Fefi tapped her fingers and sighed. "I have yet to see evidence he is being abused by Melissa."

Asomi sighed and laid down a few photos. The were pictures of the countless bruises on Keiro, different hand-like marks and huge bruises.
"Tressa, the head med. nin.... asked me to come down and have a look at something she found while healing the boy.. this was it. I've seen this before, I'm not going to stand by and let it happen again." Asomi looked really mad now.
Melissa had stopped in her tracks, mostly because she was scared, but it looked like she was listening.
Dana slid off to the side and on to the ground, biting back a scream.
"Your hurt too Keiro, please.. just come back in till your healed... please.." she was hoping by then she could get him to change his mind.

Fefi looked at each photo, surprised at how bruised he was. "This dosen't prove Melissa did it." She pushed them back to Asomi.
Keiro sighed and got up, it only took him a minute to get back to the gates as he knelt by Dana. "Fine...only until oww...I'm healed..." His legs felt like they were on fire. "I'll run away the minute I can run...I won't let her keep doing that if she hurts you." He helped her up.

Asomi growled.
"Damn it Fefi! It's right in front of you! This happened with Tressa too and you still don't believe even her! Are you too goddamn ignorant and arogant to admit there is SOMETHING WRONG WITH SOME OF THE PEOPLE IN THE VILLAGE?!" With the last word she slammed her hands on the table. Asomi had been very quiet since romano's snd Vene's funeral... but she wasn't going to stand for this. This was the most life she had shown since Chi had disappeared when she was little.
Dana smiled slightly.
"Thank you..." Her voice was a whisper and her eyes were glazed over with pain. "Thank you Lazy-kun..." She began to make her slow way back to the hospital.

Tobi jumped a bit startled at Asomi. Fefi grumbled and took another look atthe pictures. "I want the boy to tell me himself, if so then he may try to find a new home." she stood up and walked out of the meeting room back to her office.
Keiro held the door open so she could get through and got her to her room. "D-Dana chan...? Am I really a monster?" he sat by her bed and winced.

Dana laid down, letting out a small yelp of pain. She looked at him and smiled a bit.
"N-no... You could never be a monster... never. No matter what anyone or anything tells you.. You. Are. Not. A. Moster.." Her smile stayed, even as she fell asleep.
Asomi smiled, pleased.
"exactly my point..."

Keiro smiled and stood up, putting the blanket on her and walkingto his room, he laid on his bed and looked out the window. It was so sunny out he smiled at it until he saw a slight reflection in the glass and cowered under the blankets.
Tobi smiled and stood up, hugging Asomi.

Sonya walked in to Keiro's room.
"Hey there kid..." She smiled a bit but didn't move past the doorway, the slug that had tried to heal Dana yesterday was part of her summoning slug. "How are you feeling?"
Asomi hugged him back.

Keiro looked from the blanket to her and sighed, he was still so scared. "The burns still hurt a lot..." he looked at her sad.

Sonya walked over to the side of his bed and sat down, putting her elbows on the edge of the bed and placing her head in her hands.
"What's wrong? Is it anything I can help with?" She looked at him sincerely, she didn't like it when people were sad and tried to do as much possible to make them happy again. Which is why she gave Asomi and Tobi the idea of adopting Keiro, it seemed to have made Asomi happier. "I realllyyy hate it when people are sad."

Keiro looked at his arm then to her. "I don't want Melissa to hurt me or Dana again so when I'm healed I'm gonna run away...." he cried and hugged Sonya. "Everyone says I'm a monster but Dana says I'm not...I'm so confused..." he hugged her tight even if it hurt.

Sonya looked shocked, then hugged him back.
"hey, hey.. You defiantly dont look like a monster to me." she smirked. "Plus last time I knew, monsters couldn't cry.." She patted him on the head. "I was called a monster too.. when I was a kid. Just because I was a jinchuriki.. Which means I have a demon sealed inside me.. but then the sound got used to me and I saved the village once from a major rouge attack..."

Keiro didn't let go, he felt so alone without Melissa and he felt a burden around dana. "They say I have a monster inside me..." he tried to wipe his tears away but couldn't. "W-what's a demon?" he asked and laid his head on her chest, she had a kinda mother's embrace or a loving one.

Sonya smiled a bit.
"Well a demon is a really powerful thing that's also pretty evil. When some demons in the form of some really strange animals with a lot of tails escaped from the villages a long time ago, the seal them inside some humans, stopping the Demon's rampage... but the thing is that those people, Jinchuriki's.. got strong abilities from the demon inside of them, so a lot of people treated them bad.. but only because they were scared of them. The demons, before they were locked away, did some big damage to the villages.. killed a lot of people.. so the villagers started thinking the Jinchuriki's were like that. But they didn't know we had our own minds.. our own thoughts. It's just a big thing of either fear or confusion.."

Keiro looked at her and finally pulled away to lay back down. "O-oh...they sound mean...meaner then Melissa could ever be..." he turned on his side, the seal was on his back and it was showing. "I keep hearing this voice...it's scary but wise..." he wiped his eyes again with a sleeve.
