it works like so, every 1 to 2 weeks i'll go around the village in the village spot light and find an interesting character. Or sometimes i'll even ask for people to nominate the people. i'll ask for some info and i'll put it up. It goes on like that until all the characters from that village are spotlighted. Then it goes on to the next village. By the time all the characters and villages are done, there will be new characters in the village (hopefully) and i'll do them. No inactive characters will be put up there.

Isnt there a topic where you post that people will give you exp and points such as in things like these:
A. Clean the shop
The old guy and his granddaughter can't be bothered to and will ask people to dust the counters, wipe the windows, sweep the floors and polish the puppets on display occasionally.
d20 + Int mod
DC: 10
Posts: 10
Reward: exp
B. Cut wood
As much as he hates to admit it the old man is losing his strength despite retaining his hawk's eye and careful, steady hand. So you have to cut the wood into the size required for him to hammer and glue it together.
d20 + Concentration
DC: 15
Posts: 15
Reward: exp, Craft(Puppets) +?, Concentration +?
I think I saw it somewhere,but I cant find it now.
