To lose the ability, is to literally lose touch with the world. You wouldn't really be able to type, for a simple start. ~MK There is a birth defect where you don't feel pain. Even if that single nerve center were cut off, Life would not be the same without pain. Without pain, you do not as much appreciate all else. It's too hard to explain. ~MK
