Melissa picked her way around him and fnally got to Dana, picking her up by the throat, gripping hard.
"Heh, that's what they all say... the people like you, before they know..." She snickered and squeezed harder, causing Dana to fumble at her hands to make her let go. Her attempts did absolutely nothing.
Dana fumbled, trying to get Melissa's iron like grip to let go, but everything was going black. The lack of oxygen to her brain was becoming too much, with the acid from her stomach eating away at her insides. She gasped for breath and tried again, soon she'd be too weak to do anything. she hadn't fufilled her dream after all, and she was so sure she was going to. This all happened because Fefi was too blind to see the corruption in her own villlage.

Keiro had tears down his cheeks, he grabbed Hana's throat and gritted his teeth. He got quiet and through Hana into a tree hard. "You...don't hurt Dana anymore!" his voice changed as orangish surrounded him. He sent a kick right for melissa's head to knock her away, he didn't plan to kill her but he wanted to get Dana away.

Hana whimpered when she hit the tree. Her ears went back and she tried to get herself up, but her ribs were broken.
Melissa wasnt expecting that, she flew back far, releasing Dana on to the ground. Se flew in to a tree and glared at Keiro.
"what the hell is that?" There was a crack on her forehead.
Dana curled up on to the ground, a small slug came up to her and crawled on to her stomach, strangely, healing it.

Keiro ran toward Melissa, a tail formed as his skin started to peel off already. He growled at her. "Better run before I kill you!" he smirked.

Melissa snickered and moved out of the way so he hit the tree.
"As if!!" She pulled out the fuma shuriken on her back and glared a him. "There's no way in hell you could ever beat me!"
Dana's eyes closed, even with the strange slug healing her, she was still so tired. So much of her had already been aten away, there was no longer any muscle at all around her stomach and her liver was being eaten too.

Keiro hit the tree with his fist, it broke it half. "Your funeral.." he turned and ran toward her, a second tail grew.

Melissa smirked, she was right beside Dana now. She stabbed Dana in the stomach, the acid from her stomach leaking out on to her skin, causing her to scream.
Dana rolled over and the slug fell off.
"Ahhhhh!!!!!" she curled up in to a ball, her blood soaking in to the tips of her hair. "It hurts so much!! It feels like i'm being eaten alive.... the acid.. I'm gonna die...."
Melissa chuckled.
"Not mine, hers. you should have listened to me, then you wouldnt have to see her die right in front of you. I would feel a little guilty if she had some parents... but she's a nobody... and she wanted to become hokage! Ha! i have a better chance than her!" Behind her Dana was crying, tears diluting the blood and acid that were spilling out of the hole in her stomach. she was pale white now.
Dana's eyes stayed close, her breathing harsh.
Dana knocked on Keiro's door and he answered, his face shocked. "D-D...Dana?" Dana chuckled. "Of course it's me Lazy-kun!" She had only been hanging out with him for a few weeks, and she had been busy the past couple of days to come down, there was a sadness in her eyes and it looked like Keiro picked it right up. "What's wrong, Dana?" Dana looked down. "My..um. my parents died.... last night. Well, they said that they might have been dead for a couple of days.." Tears threatened her eyes. "That's bad! what happened?" She couldn't hold the tears anymore. "They were..... they were eaten.." Keiro held out his pinkie. 'Well.. I promise I'll protect you." Dana looked up at him shocked, then intwined her pinkie with his, smiling a bit through the tears. "Deal, and I'll protect you too Lazy-kun.."

Keiro stopped, he wanted to protect Dana but he couldn't risk Melissa hurting her more. "You can do anything you want to me but don't kill her! Please! I'll be good!" he cried, he couldn't control the kyuubi so his tails kept forming or goig away but he was stuck at two tails. "Please Melissa..."

Melissa snorted.
"Too late.." She stabbed Dana in the stomach one more time before walking away, her friends had already left.
Dana forced herself to open her eyes.
"L-Lazy..... Lazy-k...kun.." Her hand was over the bigger hole, the smaller one was towards the side in stead of the middle like the other one was.

Keiro looked at Dana and collapsed to his knees gripping his hair, he was losing control. "I-I'm so sorry Dana..." he cried, he couldnt protect her.
Tobi and Asomi had been taking a nap when they sensed the chakra. He saw Dana and keiro and gasped. "Hey, are you ok??" he ran over to Dana.

Dana smiled a bit a Keiro.
"I-It's....o..kay...L-Lazy..kun.."
Asomi dashed out.
"Oh my!" She got down on her knees beside Dana and tried to heal her, ignoring the blue and white slub beside her.

Tobi helped Asomi heal Dana, he didn't notice keiro at all.
Keiro kept crying and finally stood up, running away quickly. He even believed he was a monster now, hurting anyone close to him.

Dana saw him leave. She got wide eyed and jumped up, chasing him. She was mostly healed now, here was a small scratch where the biggest hole used to be. She was dizzy and it was almost hard to chase after him.
"Keiro!! Wait up!!"
Asomi watched, cnfused.
"She shouldn't be up so quick.. she's lost a lot of blood...."

Keiro collapsed int he middle of the forest crying, curled up. Only one tail stayed because he was still out of control. "I-I am a monster..." He remembered the day he met Dana, it was when he transferred into the academy from when Melissa allowed him to try it.
"Class! Quiet! This is our new student, Keiro Inuzuka, he will sit by Dana in the front." She pushed the boy a bit roughly forward and another kid tripped him, he fumbled to his seat and laid his head down. Dana was next to him and was already yapping to him saying she loved his hair and why she hadn't seen him before in the village.
Tobi watched, he smiled a bit because it reminded him of Yumi and Kamito. "We shouldn't let them be alone at this time of night..." He helped Asomi up.

Dana dropped to her knees beside him.
"Lazy-kun?.... a-are you okay?" She reached out for him.
"OMG!!! I love your hair!!" Dana looked at him, her eyes squinted. "how come I've never seen you before? I know EVERYONE in the village!" She couldn't resist anymore, she reached out and touched his hair. "How did you even get it this soft? I can NEVER get my hair like this!!" she smiled a bit.
Asomi nodded and got up, smiling a bit.
"Yeah..."
