Let me slow things down for you a bit, buddy.
Zamarons created the purple power rings.
A purple power ring infected my buddy, Brainy 5.
It caused him to do egregious things to innocent parties, such as altering their intelligence and forcing them to stay within the confines of a micronized Paris France.
Therefore, we sue the Zamarons for wanton product negligence. At the very least, every purple power ring should have a warning label on it saying "WARNING: MAY CAUSE SUPERVILLAINISM." Plus several billion credits in damages for the affected parties. domokun

I have to say, I'm more than a little surprised that he's capable of one aside from "condescension."

Personal responsibility doesn't enter into Class Action suits. The second we start asking that question, the defense starts asking why you bozos didn't just pack up and leave as soon as a mysterious phantom started blowing people to kingdom come.
It's a slippery slope. So we just leave that whole facet out of the argument.
Let's use some logic you can grasp.
Brainiac 5 = poor. He works for a NON PROFIT organization, the Legion of Superheroes.
You don't SUE POOR PEOPLE! EVER!
Zamarons=autonomous race of rich women who hand out power rings capable of mass destruction like candy. NEGLIGENTLY.

And . . . as I understood it, the Star Sapphires were the source materials used to make the new rings that you're planning to sue them over.
