Well, the fairy is never plainly revealed until the Stocking Day in winter, but there's a bunch of hints all around, and sometime, they might just pay you a visit (Like Orchid who totally ruined Carly's hair because she had a grudge against Carly's Fairy). It's the crew who assigns fairies to people.
You can go read the Church. That's where there was the most fairy posting to get a glimpse at their personality.
And Lavender is totally lesbo for Orchid xD
As for LoliKokoro, she gained control of Daffodil. So she'll be controling her instead of Peri-sama.

The fairy picking processes is actually quite easy and I, being a rebel, will inform everyone of how it goes despite the other moderator's wishes.
Alright, first we get the list of names. Then the moderators all do shrooms. Whatever color the character's name looks like gets that fairy. The only problem is sometimes we see colors that don't exist yet.
There, now everyone knows the mystery. >:0

@Spazz: Also, the Wallaby (small Kangoroo) is one of the Mayor's many pet. If you look in his profile (Gaston Sonata) you get to see all the animals he has, and what they are currently doing (Some are dead, some are hidding in the forest... the monkey is rapping people on the street...)
