"Aysel" she replied, "Good impression, bad impression. All depends on your point of view really doesn't it." Aysel smiled serenely at the other demon and climbed back onto the wall. "I was wondering, have you been around this neighbourhood for long? As I have found myself in a predicament, there is angel which has...caught my eye. But it has friends, a human or two a fairy and a traitorous simpering demon. They live in that apartment over yonder, do you know if they are strong, I haven't had a good challenge in years?"

Talos couldn't help but chuckle at the irony of his situation. The years of pulling useless information from souls of liars had given him enough knowledge of earth to at least navigate the city streets. He was surprised though that people weren't running from Bloodshed. "Oh look how creation is flailing without its borders." Turning toward an old condemned warehouse he shrugged. "This is as good a place as any to stay, kinda reminds me of home." the knowledge that this human form would require food and sleep made his flesh crawl. He never ate, he never slept. His entire existence had been set in stone since his creation. He had to stop thinking and go back to instinct. Souls whom had left hell would do anything to find descendants or relatives. That was simply common sense, yet now that there was no way to stop the outflow from hell things seemed pointless. "I could kill all the damned I want and they would simply return here." Stopping to reflect on this statement he grinned maliciously. "I could kill for eternity and nothing can stop me." Taking a seat on a half worn sofa he studied the sheet metal roof determining it would not leek he let his head lay against his chest and closed one eye letting the other remain open casting an icily sad glance straight ahead.

"I don't mind..." Leila glanced back at the room covered in glass. She really wanted to help Dream and the others clean up. That was when she saw Liam enter from the bathroom. He looked so much better all cleaned up, with the lack of eerie black eyes. Her eyes also fell onto the black cat in his arms. "How cute!" she exclaimed; anyone in the room could assume she was talking about Liam or the cat.
She also hadn't noticed Holly and the one called Kihaku until Liam had looked at them. Her own face saddened as they disappeared from view, returning to the sanctity of the darkened room.
Sighing heavilly, she rested her head on Haucon's shoulder and whispered. "Why are bad things happening to everyone..?"

While cleaning up the glass, Dream had a perfect view of the outside world through the 'open' window. A bit into the distance, that same female demoness was apparently causing a slight disturbance, but now she was chatting with... Violet? He sighed. He would not tell anyone, though. They had enough to worry about. But if they were combined, then they were sure to target their little group, but most especially the light forces, namely Holly... That wasn't good. He would have to do all he could to protect them all, but especially her. There was something else going on, though. He couldn't quite tell what, but there was something bothering him in the back of his mind. He shrugged, putting it off for now, and continued picking up the glass.

Holly rubbed Kihaku's back soothingly and spoke soft words of comfort and support into her ear. Her wings softly ticked their arms as they cocooned around the two protectively. When she sensed that Kihaku had cried herself out, she leaned back and looked at her.

"Kihaku, I think you'll feel a little bit better once you've slept. I'm not going to telll you that the pain will go away, but you should sleep so you can think clearer, okay?" Holly softly suggested.

Violet chuckled, then went into a full blown laugh.
"Yes i know these people all right. Before i knew the demons on earth no longer cared for my death I was part of that group, using them for protection. They're strong, strong enough to cause a serious threat to our mission unless we succeed in stopping them." As she spoke she didn't seem overly scared, but there was a hint of caution there. Violet fed of negative emotion, but the group didn't seem to have any, or if they did it would soon be gone due to anothers comforting. Repressing the thought she added,
"I didn't think they would be so close to tell the truth..." as she spoke she looked to the apartment Aysel was talking about, for a moment she thought she saw a flash of blue.

"I don't know." Haucon said quietly to Leila. "But you know, sometimes through bad things you learn important things right?" He smiled optimistically and began to hunt through his drawers. Almost all his clothing was black or baggy. He pulled out the smallest shirt he could find. It was short sleeve and black, advertising "Dark Wings" a gothic fairy rock band. It had been tight around his chest for month, so maybe...He tossed it to Leila. "See how that works." he said without turning around, continuing to dig through his clothes. He pulled out a pair of black pants with wide legs. They had neon green edging. "These might still be huge on you, but it's worth a try." he said. "I'll just wait outside shall I?" he said blushing a bit and stepping out of the room.

He grabbed a broom from the kitchen and began to sweep up the glass. The shards tinkled quietly as they brushed against each other.

Kihaku leaned back as well and wiped the tears from her eyes with the back of her hand. Sighing slightly, she snapped the locket closed again and re-clasped it around her neck, where it belonged. She was silent for a few more moments, before pushing aside Holly's suggestion. "I don't think it's possible for me to sleep right now," she said softly, "Not with nightmares." She pushed away from the other girl and stood on trembling limbs. "I-I'll be alright."

Walking over to lean against the counter, she closed her eyes for a few moments and when she opened them back up, all traces of sadness had left her eyes to be replaced with thoughtfullness. "I have to find that Angel. That memory...I don't understand why this all happened." She looked at Holly. "You didn't happen to here the last of what she was saying, did you?"

"Mission?" Aysel snapped "What mission?" Her mind wondered back to the group, to get to one she would have to split them up first. This was going to be a bit more of a long term project than she had initially intended. But never the less it was an intriguing one. She had always gone for brute force but this, this would require subtly. To integrate herself into a group of 'good' guys was something she had never considered before, because it was against her deepest instincts. But it would be interesting to find out just what life was like on the other side.

Holly gave her a concerned glance, but dropped it.

Stading up, Holly rubbed her eyes and yawned slightly as she listened to Kihaku. A ponderous expression crossed her face and she answered sadly, "No, I don't. I'm sorry."

"Awwww don't you want to help?" Leila said with a tease as she pulled on the shirt over her clothes; it would make it easier to change without being completely naked. She undid the lacing up the back and pulled off the garb she had seemingly worn forever.

So much better...

She peeled it off her legs and pulled on the pants he gave her, but they didn't stay up very well, giving her slim form. She hobbled over to the closet in search of a belt, but tripped over the long pants of the leg and fell over with a loud thud. Not waiting she picked up herself quickly and searched, but failed to find one. Instead, she folded over the legs many times over until they were too thick to do anymore but were now the proper length.
She finally waddled out of the room towards Haucon and helped picking up the smaller shards of glass that had been missed.

Opening his eyes he stood shaking off the delirium of sleep. "Such a useless condition." He involuntarily started picking up auras in the city, some angelic and some demonic, both things he wanted to avoid. Rivalry usually made younger demons behave stupidly and often ally themselves with the favored and the despised ones. Angels he had a special loathing for. If he met one he would not stop till it was dead. Shuddering he swung Bloodshed over his shoulder and fastened the harness to his chest which was far smaller than it had been. Tightening it he had an interesting thought. Perhaps the demons and angels could sense his presence as well. "Wouldn't that be interesting." He said aloud and cast a look at the warehouse before leaving. "Earth is very different."

She nodded in understanding and sighed. I guess I still have a lot left to figure out, she thought with irritation. At least I know what I am now... Running a hand through her hair, she looked at Dream and the other two as they gathered up the broken glass. Three was enough for that task. She looked at Holly again. "Thanks for understanding."

Holly gave the girl a warm smile and said, "Anytime. If you ever need to talk about it again, I'll be here to listen to you."

Violet wished she could roll her eyes like the pathetic humans did. Unfortunatly that wasn't posible for her so she settled for a sigh which hissed through her grin.
"You obviously haven't met the idiotic lord have you?" she muttered, chuckling darkly.
"Apparently, if we destroy certain objects of good the balance will tip enough for 'his royal snootiness' to ascend and make a second hell on earth." she explained. Once she'd finished she shook her head. No wonder she had been down for assasination, not many could get away with calling the devil 'his royal snootiness'.
