Inuyasha ran into the castle. Dust was making it hard to see. The roof fell beside him. He dodged it. He went to cover his face from the smoke with his kimono jacket, but realized he'd given it to Kagome a while ago. He smelled around for Kohaku.

yuki raised an eyebrow, "what does inuyasha think of that nickname?" yuki asks kumi, grinning, "my name is yuki, and yes, i know inuyasha the 'dog man'." she says, smiling and holding out her hand for her to shake it.

Sango followed Inuyasha "Tell you at least smell something?" she askekd worriedly "Kohaku! where are you?" she yelled

Toyo shook her hand. "Hi! He hates it!That makes it more fun to call him that." She giggled. "Oh!Do you want to see my locket too? Everyone else really liked it!" She pulled it up from behind her Kimono's collar. "Isn't it...hey, it's never been purple before!" Toyo looked closer.
Inuyasha punched an incoming panel from the roof. "I don't think he's in here anymore. If Naraku wanted him dead, he'd have done a long time ago." he continued to look. "I'll look over here just to make sure though." he rumaged through some rubble from the building, and uncovered a door to e new room. "I'll look in here." he yelled to Sango, through the cracking of the castle.

Inuyasha looked ahead. There was a strange, purplish glow coming from a corner of the room. "What the hell?" Inuyasha walked over to it, and it grew brighter. "Kohaku? You in here?" Inuyasha looked around.

Kagome grew worried and couldn't help but shout, "Inuyasha! Be careful! It could be a trap!"

"huh? Kagome?" Inuyasha turned around. he could've sworn he heard Kagome's voice on the outside. The light grew even brighter. "Hey! Who are you?!" Inuyasha asked the light. "If that's Naraku I'm not falling for it!" He walked closer but not too close. "Drop the disguise!"

Naraku laughed. "Don't you think that if I were to let you come this far, that I would just let you defeat me so easily?" He held a starnge purple, glowing object in his hand. "I will see you again very soon." He laughed. " Kohaku's fine, as long as Sango doesn't come near him. His memories would be the death of the poor boy."
"eerrg, NARAKU! LET KOHAKU GO!" Inuyasha ran towards the purple light. "I'm warning you! You're gonna pay for what you did to everyone!"
"oh Inuyasha, you have no idea what I've done yet." he laughed, and disapeared, along with the light he carried.
"Hey look, the light's gone." Toyo pointed out. The locket stopped glowing. "Magic things are strange."
