Arch the Angel ((god damnit, AC, mimic someone who isn't posting OOC in the same thread as you! Makes it damn impossible to tell who the hell is who at a glance)) ((o.0 I post in blue..? blaugh I'm only mimicing guild members, so I'm bound to be posting in the same thread at SOME point. Makes you think more. Anyway, Rube, I'm saying that if you're worth the while, you won't need the accent to be attracted to him. (*diplomacy!*)))

Minerva the Marvelous Random_Monster_Attack "I have no doubt that it will be." Minerva gave a short laugh at the both of them and started heading for the garage. "If any of you have safety glasses in your pocket, I suggest you put them on." Sean tortted up to the assembled mass, smiling when he found Min. "You got out."

Minerva had her arms full, so as Sean showed up, she started handing him things to hold as well. "Got out of what?"

Sean raised a brow. "Krovh. Crazy old guy, finger on the button of Nuclear Doom?"

"Of course I got out, the seer was kind enough not to leave me there. So you coming?" She started moving to the garage again. "Hey, AC, look for a jeep that has a custom license plate saying G-Daddy, or in combination of such."

((*can't find such a license plate* How about one with a sticker on the top edge of the windshield that reads "If you can read this--TIP ME OVER!" upsidedown? Not a general's, but does a Marine corporal work? wink ))
A.C. trotted off ahead with the boy at her heels. "Got it!" she called almost immediately. "How about 'Papa GDog'? It's... greenish. Sucky camo paint job, though. Saw a truck like this once." There was doubt in her voice, like she couldn't believe the piece of junk actually belonged to a general.

((General in Krovh army does not really equal general so-to-speak. They took what they could, after all.))
Minerva smiled, "yeeeup, that has to be the one." Minerva started going through her pile of stuff, deciding what all to use, then shrugged her shoulders and started piling all of it into the jeep. There was no need to hold back any after all, only a few pretty cars were around, and most of them probably belonged to people she hated.

Verve watched as she looked through her explosives. As she pulled out a bigger one, he took a step back. When she decided to use them all, he instead opted for putting a barrier in front of himself.

((Nah, because she figured anyone with that authority would have found the best artist or auto detailer and pulled him/her off duty especially to give his jeep a professional paint job. They do that, you know.))
A.C. winked at Verve and his shield, setting down her box to help set the stuff Min had piled on her. "I'm gonna loot this thing and move some of the more functional cars, though, if you don't mind. I know the owners suck--or sucked?--but stuff comes in handy. And then you have the satisfaction of theft from idiots, of course." The accompanying grin was decidedly unkind.

Minerva shrugged, "Be my guest, not like I'm the law in charge of this place or anything." She began duct taping a few things together, arranging them with a bit of care. "Verve, if you're getting scared you can always opt for a seat outside. Won't be as exciting though."

"I saw a man blow off his right arm once....it was kind of funny after the screaming calmed down." Minerva carefully messed with some wires.

"Nice. The right, you said? If you get a good angle, you can blow half a guy's chest off with his right arm, but the left you tend to kill him if you're not careful. Legs, too," she added. "See how close you can get to the private parts without actually impairing them or blowing them off with it. Oo, a map!" Glove compartment. "And more keys! Oh, this guy's a treasure. I should kill him just for that. Is he dead yet? I don't suppose he is, unless this is just post-humous spite."

Ruby St.Claire ((They're just jealous they dont' have as sexy an accent, sugar, ignore them.)) Ruby leaned her head against his shoulder, her curls falling against his neck and chest. She told him both stories in detail including the illusions, the moment she had walked out into the hallway to stop them, her release, and then Chris and his threats, and the attempt to stab her. Ruby last of all mentioned the moth necklace, which Ora had given her, and which she still wore around her neck. Arch listened silently, holding her the entire time. As she finished, he glanced down at the necklace. "Dahlihn, weh neihdah giht rihd ohf thaht nehcklahce."

Arch the Angel Ruby St.Claire ((They're just jealous they dont' have as sexy an accent, sugar, ignore them.)) Ruby leaned her head against his shoulder, her curls falling against his neck and chest. She told him both stories in detail including the illusions, the moment she had walked out into the hallway to stop them, her release, and then Chris and his threats, and the attempt to stab her. As she finished, he glanced down at the necklace. "Dahlihn, weh neihdah giht rihd ohf thaht nehcklahce." After her tale was through Ruby fell into silence. She gave a barely perceptible nod, and moved out of his arms so she could unclasp the necklace from her neck. The silver strand slid smoothly into her palm. She held it out to Arch.
