That is not how it is, You can't use tsukiyumi or any of the genjutsu functions till mangekyo, Nor can you use amaratsu. You can avoid most genjutsu with level 3 or lessen the effect. This is what I have eben told, By Damian, Bone, Mitsuko and Quix.

Hello i'm new here and reworking my character after having a last minute idea.

i want to make a puppeteer like Kankuro except i want to use completly different puppets so i would create my how combos with them, they would be about the same overall strenght as Kankuro.

Since i'm still working on the type of puppets i was just wondering if the idea would be alright, the real combos should come before this weekend along with my character.

I have no idea what to do with my empty made up. I just don't like seeing it empty so here it is >.<

Acid Armor(pretty self explanitory)

By releasing a small amount of chakra from his chakra holes, Tai is able to create a thin layer of chakra all around him. Almost like a second layer of skin designed to protect him, his clothes, and equiptment from the corrosive effects of acid.

Living Doll Curse

Seki when whitnessing someone's death, can take a part of the person's soul, and place it into a doll. The doll's can talk, based on the personality of the person's soul inside of them.

The dolls also have a bunch of other ability.

First, even though they are small (About the size of those crazy new webkinz thingies) they can move around, and attack the opponent, even though it would need about 20 to do some effect.

Second, they can carry weapons, like a kunai.

Third, the spirits can come out of the dolls, and based on personality, can create a genjutsu effect. Example: If the person has a good personality, the opponent will have a dizzy light headed high on majiwana effect. If the person has had a crazy, or evil personality, the opponent will feel a slight genjutsu pain, as if a kunai has it them.

This Idea is based off of a manga I read, where this minor character uses all these crazy dolls to attack people (Like Chucky?), and each of the dolls has a soul of a serial killer inside of them.

Fire Style: Fireworks Barrage

Seki launched a bunch of multi colored fireballs at his opponent. When touched, the fireballs explode to make mini fireworks. Whatever the fireworks touch turns to ash.

Second, this technique by generating a number from 1-4 (If he decides to), if the number is four, Seki's attack will automaticly hit, doing major damage. If failing, the attack will backfire, probably killing Seki, or at least hurt bad enough to exit the exams.

Water Style: Freezing Rainbow Streams

Seki send a bunch of multicolored water pillars at his opponnent. When touched, the water beams will freeze what they touch, and continue pulling at it. So if it hits the body, the skin will freeze, and then the water beams will push the dead and frozen skin through the body until it comes out the other side.

Second, this technique by generating a number from 1-4 (If he decides to), if the number is four, Seki's attack will automaticly hit, doing major damage. If failing, the attack will surround and intangly Seki, paralyzing him, but yet still alive, in a ice coccoon.
