Hmm, what did you download? I suggest Howard Hughes, Hunter's Kiss, and If Your Kisses Won't Hold the Man You Love, and Saline the Salt Lake Queen.... and and and... etc etc etc. And, I have not, but I will check them out. ^__^

Mmmh. I can dig some of the dark haunting melodies, but the problem I have with some of them is that they cross the fine line between darkness and something that should not be listened to. Not to mention sometimes they're too close to the line and it can seem too controversial for my tastes >.< Although I'll have to check them out when I'm in the mood sometime.

There's more then one reason....A it could make someone feel like killing themself. B It could talk about encouraging things that are bad....such as literally getting stupid, or eating human flesh. I just think she'd do well to gradually progress to different tones in her voice, instead of sudden off and on shifts of highs and lows....

Well seeing as how the song "get stupid" came from the hip hop community.....and the fact that hip hop makes you say such things as "Bookstores are for squares"....I think there is some merit to my claim.
Well some of Nightwish's earlier stuff seems too borderline for my taste.
KORN has music which is beyond dark and into demonic.
I never said that demons would take you over, now did I? You are putting words into my mouth to create a gross exageration. That would be like me saying "Well you know it's pretty crazy to say that makind evolved from frogs. I mean we look NOTHING alike". Demons work best not at open manipulation.....but the subtle kind. Similar to how drugs start to take over a person's personality....slowly changing them so that they can easily ignore the signs until it's too late....
