Kalnar spoke first, sensing no particular malice in the dark armored man. "I am Kalnar, a Jedi Master," said the Mon Cal. "We should be able to trust him," he said quietly to Gunther.

And then, Gunther stepped forward. "I am Gunther Starsinger, Jedi Padawan," said the human boy.

"A vision of the Force brings us here, associated with a Jedi Master whom has been dead for at least sixty standard years. Kalnar said calmly.

"And, to hear the tale, it's quite amazing." Gunther said. "Didn't you say that a Force ghost haunts this place, Master?"

"Well ... not so much as 'haunt', but is waiting for something. Though a tragic incident that potentially opened a path to the dark side, the spirit seeks redemption. Or, perhaps ... was ripped from the fabric of the Force?" Kalnar speculated.

The Star of Kalustha drifted through Ansion's atmosphere, its crew silently manning their stations. Ebony was still slightly shaken from the encounter, but brought the shuttle down deftly alongside an ancient Lambda-class Imperial shuttle, figuring that it was probably a fitting place to do so.

The field was nearby what they judged to be the largest structure on the planet from their drifting orbit in space, but now it looked deserted. "Well," the Engineer snorted, "perhaps we could steal a new airlock door.

Yolee gave him a look that shut him up and made him lower his eyes, then turned to Vera. "So...Where are you taking this....thing?"

Vera smiled at her. "We will see. But now that we are outside the ship, and no longer in danger," she shifted her gaze to the Engineer, who gulped, "I would be much obliged if you relinquished control of the basal to me. We have effectively ended your pursuit, and now it is your time to make good on our deal."

Without a word he took out the control device and spoke into it softly. It wilted and died in his hand, turning to a gooey liquid that slid through his fingers. "As you wish. Jeedai."

Vera nodded pleasantly and faced the building. "We were drawn here, Master. Now we must find out why."

"Drawn here? I have not sensed-"

"Let go, Master. Just listen." Vera closed her eyes and let out a heavy sigh.

Yolee calmed herself and was stricken by the flow of the Force, sensing that she was being guided along. It was a stronger feeling than any she'd ever encountered, and she gasped a little, her eyelids fluttering open. "How could I not... Vera?"

Vera had started walking to the structure, with Ebony following dutifully behind.

Gunther then looked to the place where he and Kalnar came. "Master. I believe we have company."

Vera exhuded a sense of calm as she approached the group. "Hello," she said simply. "I am Vera T'chadaa. This is my droid, Ebony, and my master, Yolee-"

"No," the older woman said quietly. "I'm no more your master than Gith was mine. You are a Knight, Vera."

Vera blinked a little in surprise, but her smile never faltered. "Very well."

"I am Iust Zalera," Iust greeted, he didn't release his grip on his blasters yet though, he still wasn't sure whether or not he could trust them. If they were untrustworthy and he let his guard down he might not live with long enough to regret his decision. He was not going to make that mistake.

"With all respect, I would ask the same of you." Iria stated, doing her best to make it sound more polite than it probably sounded.

"I'm drawn here because of dreams that I have had during the course of my life," she replied. "And due partly to events that have transpired here roughly a century and a quarter ago."

"Indulge me," Mordranna gently chimed in to Yolee. "I too am curious as to why you are here, and why you seek out Iria. And, you seem to know that I was a Colonel at one time. Why is that?"
