Ms Chance The Adolescent Few Scenerio Say there's a three way battle. One person has 100,000 sp, another has 60,000 sp, and another has 30,000 sp. The 60,000 sp person is a magician with the Magic Eye. If they use a genjutsu on the weaker ninja and it becomes real then does that also effect the 100,000 sp opponent as well as the 30,000 sp one? From my point of view, if the genjutsu is real it should effect all the people except the creator. It just takes a weaker ninja to awaken the eye and wake it real. Am I correct in saying this? Anyone know the answer to this question? I am going to have to let Drago answer this scenerio question for you.

Did we never set the skill points for the 3 other Hunter Nin Skills in Leaf or do they come freely with the Oath.

Valkiron Anyone that already knows a technique can choose to teach it to anyone they want with the normal required post to learn it from the village. Like I learned "Flying Thunder God" in the after life a long time ago. So I can teach it to anyone I want anywhere I want and it still requires the learn to do the required post need to learn it in the after life thread. If you want to learn a make from another person then you must have a make-up slot open and get the creater of the make-up to teach it to you. noir_kama I do not know that they were missing skill points, but I do not think that they should be free. Let me look over the techniques and see if I can set a value on the techniques there. EDITed: I have added values to those three techniques now.

You have to have a really good battle to increase the level, the what Dr. E told me.

You have to get into three really good battles or a rank increase for each level.

Akira Matoko What clans alreasy exist? There a number of different clans in the villages. You have to click on the village thread and the clans if there are any are listed on the first page along with what techniques are available to learn in that village.

Sage: A Ninjutsu technique requiring a ninja to be able to use Jyuken. The ninja creates small needles from the tenketsu upon their fingers that are able to slice through things made of chakra, which normally could not be broken.
