♛ It was a special day when he got to meet his dearest friend and he admitted the former Azure king known as Adramleche. Walking the streets this day his attire made him stick out among the crowd. Although he could be mistaken for a sultan from the middle east due to this exotic look. The man was undeniably attractive and it showed by the amount of people looking at him as he walked by. His expression is a calm smile, one of peace yet a bit cold, he is a spirit kitsune after all. He greeted people as he walked breaking the ice between strangers, he only wanted people to be comfortable around him. A little tricky thing to do when you strike such a figure just by being you without even trying. When he finally made it to the cafe the smell of coffee hit him like a wave hit a surfer. “Hmm lovely” he said, with his deep yet oddly soothing voice he looked around the place. Taking in the sights this place had always been a rarity after all Solomon didn’t much care for cafes, he was more of a pub/bar guy.
♛As for Adram coffee had fascinated him he came from a time where coffee wasn't even a thing! So when he did have a taste of it on those rare occasions he fell in love with the taste,and now it was going to to be magnified. A certain cat would be joining him this day and the fox was delighted to share a cup with his dearest friend. Dearest was not strong enough to describe their relationship more like close friends with benefits. Although dearest had a sweeter tone to it, so Adram often called D by such. Walking up to the counter he ignored the looks only smiling calmly he meant no harm. That did have an effect on the masses as they seem to ease up. As a result he felt great and began to order his drink which was a Cappuccino and a slice of cheesecake. He found a nice spot off to the side close to a window but enough to give them their own space. After all he only had eyes for one man, his man, his cat, he felt silly thinking that.
♛Admittedly he is over a thousand years old but was acting like he was a spring chicken it was a wonderful feeling. Something he had not felt in years after his death until he met that man and things changed forever. Now they were in an interesting relationship but you’ll have to read the upcoming sentences dear reader. With everything in place he sat quietly waiting for the Neko to show up and make his day much more interesting. All the while his descendant whom he shared bodies waited with him. The two were slowly mending something between them that happened earlier before all this. It was a kind gesture from Solomon to allow his body to be taken over. Darragh followed the road before him which he knew would lead him to the Moonbucks Cafe. He liked that place. Coffee was one of his favorite 'mortal beverages'. It happened regularly that he could be found there, somewhere in a corner, sometimes scouting for his next hunt. But today would be all the more delicious. As he would be sharing his table with the one vulpine that had managed to win his heart. It was no easy feat really, to conquer the feline. Especially after the past he had been having, but here he was. Happily on the way to meet Adramlech. Of course they went back many years already and more than a human could ever hope to reach. When they met some 300 years ago at that graveyard, Darragh could never have foreseen this future. But then it had never been in his planning to get bitten by a vampire. He had cursed this for a long while, but now. Now he was glad he had the opportunity to spend such a long life in the presence of Adramlech. Of course Solomon was no less a friend, but the kitsune was the one that the feline was most known with of them both and longer. The feline was happy that Solomon was willing to agree with moments like this. After all it was his life in all fairness.
It didn't take long for Darragh to smell the scent of crushed coffee beans in the air and he smiled a bit, revealing his canines. How was it that this scent time and time again made you feel like you were coming home? It was curious, how strong the effect was. Per the usual, the feline hadn't bothered to put on too much clothes. He didn't feel the cold after all. It was true that he didn't want people knowing what he was as it made hunting difficult, but the most knew he was a demon which would just as much explain why he rarely felt cold. Always opting for comfort, Darragh had put on black jeans this time and his sneakers. There was a thin jacket hanging around his waist, but he highly doubted he would ever need it. When the cafe came into view, the feline smiled and his ears went up a bit more in a more pleased state. The demon looked forward to this day. He probably should thank Solomon again for allowing it all. His time in Soleil, especially around Adramlech when he was out, was really bringing forward more of his older self again. The feline that was always out for fun and barely worried about consequences. He also looked happy with increased frequency. Those years where he had been alone with his Liege had done a number on him, but the kitsune was slowly bringing the real Darragh back.
The feline walked into the cafe and first he did was look around to see if he could spot Adramlech in case they were already here. It didn't take him long at all to spot the vivid white of his handsome fox. After he found them he went to the counter and ordered a Latte Macchiato, though he didn't order a snack with it. Darragh was alright on that front. After his drink was finished and given to him, he walked to the table of Adramlech immediately. When he got there he smiled to the other as he sat down with them at the table, placing his drink on the table in the same fluent movement. His ears lowered a bit in a relaxed state as his tail curled around his waist and rested on the seat. "Good morning. It's good to see you again. Thank you for this kind gesture too, Solomon." Darragh said genuinely, his voice soft with a hint of his happiness. It was kind of double for them really. As much as they loved each other, they couldn't be together in the literal sense. Darragh knew this was just one of those rare moments they would get together. It was a bittersweet reality, but it worked. Darragh also knew that Solomon would never be far away and since they were friends too, he felt like it would be bad to ignore them, not that he would want to really. They weren't just friends, Solomon also held a contract still with the feline demon. Though he had yet to be called by Solomon for his end of the contract. Even if it was pretty much everlasting, unless Solomon would decide to let the contract go. Darragh wasn't worried about that though, the contract benefited the both of them after all.

♛ Adramleche was enjoying his cheesecake and drink perfectly made to complement one another. The cheesecake had that effect of making you thirsty, and the drink quenched it. A most satisfying combo indeed. Solomon didn’t admit it or say anything, but he didn’t hate this feeling. When Darragh finally arrived Solomon ‘’saw’’ him and Adramlehe smelled him his unique smell. “ You’re boyfriend is on the scene” made Adram blush just a bit. “ I prefer the term lovers” he chuckled to himself. To the older being lovers sounded more intimate just like my dearest. Darragh was the dearest he had in a very long time. When you’re a king it was pretty much free real estate back then.
♛When the strapping young Neko came closer Adramelche was smiling. His pale blue eyes looking at the man with nothing but love and appreciation. “Good to see you as well my dearest how have you been?’’ Adram asked before sipping his Cappuccino. Solomon was feeling the same way well without the love part of course. Those silver pale blue eyes became olive green, and a different voice was heard “ Don’t mention it. I know how both of you feel. I won’t rob you of these precious moments. I’ll try not to eavesdrop as well though it might be hard not to do. ” With that he changed back and Adram was in control once more. Funny thing about this was that they’re so in sync with one another.
♛That when they shift back and forth it was like natural process. The fox didn’t not seem bothered by it. To others it might have been a sight to behold or they might think they drank some weird drink. “ My grandson is a considerate one sometimes I'm proud,” Adram said, teasing his “grandson” which made Solomon sigh. A sigh only he could hear but now Adram focused on Darragh with a grin on his face. The Kitsune tails were wagging a sign of happiness “I was thinking if you’d like to go to the aquarium before we go to the forest. If that is okay with you my dearest” his voice carried a smooth melting tone to it. “If you dive in after any fish well I’ll dive in after you. Although I’m sure you can take on a shark no problem.” Adram was half joking. As he gazed into those amber eyes he loved so much. Ever the most confident and outspoken of the three this was Adramleche on full display.

Darragh had eagerly awaited his drink so he could join Adramlech at the table. Their time they could spend with each other was precious to the feline. They would have the whole of this day together it would seem, but one never knew when Solomon would need to take over again. Darragh knew they couldn't avoid that but he hoped that it would work out today. Not like the feline would stop him if anything did come up, they did have respect for the other man in their mutual friendship. When he was given his Latte he quickly walked to where he had seen the kitsune waiting for him and sat down at their table. A smile played over Darragh's lips when he heard them greet him as well as he met their gaze with his own. It was really interesting how life could go. At first they really only had been active physically together, but now they had allowed themselves to flow into the next level where they were together, in a sense that fitted with their opportunity to be so. The nekomata couldn't help but blush slightly when they called him Dearest. He knew it was the fox' preferred nickname for him, but he was still getting used to it. In a good way. "I have been doing well, thanks love." he replied and grinned a bit. "How about you?" he asked. Darragh wasn't too surprised when their eye color changed and he heard Solomon instead. The feline had gotten used to that over time. He smiled and nodded respectfully before the other man retreated again and gave more room to Adramlech once more.
A light chuckle escaped him when he heard the eavesdrop part and he shook his head when the fox teased the man. It wasn't a disaster if they picked up stuff from their conversation. It wasn't like they spoke of anything Solomon didn't know yet or shouldn't know. For now though he would focus on Adramlech so they could have their time together. Darragh had been attracted to them from the day they met, if he had to be honest. But how could he not be with how handsome the kitsune was. And they were kind and gentle to boot. At least when they weren't hunting, which was another thing that worked out well for them. They both relished in a good hunt. That was something that would never change. It wasn't unusual for the kitsune to join Darragh at times. The demon took a sip of his Latte as he listened to Adramlech, his ears in a relaxed state while the tip of his tail twitched a bit showing he was enjoying himself. They had been planning for the cafe and the forest, but not anything else so far, though Darragh liked this idea. It sounded like a fun way to pass time together. Darragh smiled. "Of course it's okay with me, it will be a great day today.
I look forward to it. I can't say I've been to the aquarium, so it will be interesting." he replied before he heard the shark comment and laughed a bit. "You want to swim with the fish together? There is a first time for everything, even shark wrestling." he joked. He really was different already than from the day that he arrived in Soleil. Perhaps it was his new found freedom away from his liege, or how Soleil in general seemed kind, happy and friendly. Or maybe it was a certain kitsune's presence which sparked the old feline hidden away in Darragh's heart. Perhaps the change was notable, maybe not. It wasn't really something Darragh worried about. He enjoyed their times like this no matter what. Of course he was careful to avoid Adramlech's accessories as always or he would have probably hugged the vulpine. Since they were pure gold there was no way he could touch them without a problem, not even for a moment. But even he had to admit they looked positively regal on his beloved fox. "Have you been to the aquarium before?" he asked curiously of the other. If they had then they surely also knew the best way to make sure you saw all of it. The feline had to admit he had no idea how the aquarium was set up. Perhaps it was time to explore Soleil more than just hang out at the cafe, the clubs and the fighting ring.

♛ When he was asked how he was doing he had to wait before speaking but he said this afterwards. “I’ve been doing well so far living''life” my life likes it golden. I got that from a song. Modern music is very interesting, don't you agree.” There was a light blush on his face from being called love by the Neko. Felt like someone was pulling his heart such a great feeling. Adramelech remembers the first time he was introduced to modern music. He thought it was rather dull, and uninspired. Until her a select few songs that actually made him bob his head up and down in joy. If you thought that was something the music videos were even stranger.
♛Solomon had opened his eyes to a couple of music videos that had him shaking his head. So much a** shaking in this day in age I mean they had suggestive dances back in his day, but this was something else. Darragh is an old soul like him not as old but what was his thoughts on this? I personally call it the area of a** shaking this twerking trend is out of control.” He said this while shaking his head in disappointment. He was grinning indicating he found this all to be amusing more so than offensive. He took another bite of his cheesecake as he listened to Darragh approval of the aquarium idea. Swallowing the delicious cake which has almost gone now he said. “Excellent, I've an idea of making it a superb day” Adramelech gave Darragh a suggestive smile before taking another sip of his drink.
♛Adramelech No beating around the bush he openly expressed what he desired without fear. A guess you could say that is one of his most powerful traits. The awkward moment when they both haven't been to a certain location. “I’ve been to large magnificent lakes, and vast open seas but this I’ve not been” he gave a sheepish shrug. Even after all this time he had not done everything. Which is a great thing, his existence would have been boring. Darragh's next question had him snorting and holding back a laugh. Knowing his lover it was not a light jest they would swim in an aquarium without hesitation. if the opportunity presented itself. With a bit of shock he found himself saying “Only if you’re right there with me or not.”
♛ gave Darragh a beaming smile, he knew that the old cat he used to know was coming forth more and more. This was the step in the right direction as far as he could tell, but he loved the new and the old. Wondering if he could find a perfect mix of them both one day. As for the shark thing he nodded “We will show that oversize fish who is truly the apex predator” he said with a wink before adding. “Have you ever tasted shark fin soup my dear? It is a unique experience I do say so, but I’d eat the whole thing not just the fins.” He wore a rather disgusted face expression remembering something about certain people. Are out of control with the whole shark fin soup idea “ Such fearsome creatures are worthy of my respect I’d eat the whole thing back in the old days.” His mind was racing back to the days when he used to hold grand feats in his kingdom. He seems to be lost in thought for a couple of seconds before snapping back to reality. “I’d like to treat you to some but not sure they serve such a dish on this continent’’ he mused. “ Well then let me know when you’re ready and we can leave anytime you like my Neko.” Finishing off his cheesecake and drink, the fox was ready to go at any time.

The feline smiled when they said they had been well so far. It wasn't easy of course, considering that Adramlech was mostly in the background. But he got to experience a few things when Solomon did of course. It was unusual to hear the other quote from a song though. It would seem they had been checking out the music of this day an age. It was weird to Darragh, the music of now. But that could be because he didn't really get into it so far. Not that he had the time before when he was still under his liege. The blood demon looked at his love and it didn't escape him that they blushed. It was a good sign. They both felt the same, that he already knew, but this just strengthened that fact. Darragh thought about his answer to their question about music. But then he shook his head and chuckled a bit. "Interesting is one way of putting it." he replied as he shook his head and shrugged. He was smiling though. As odd as the topic may seem between two old souls, it was enjoyable. It would be interesting to find out just which music his fox loved the most and of course more things too. They had intimately endulged in each other quite regurarly already, but the feline was always looking for ways to spoil the other even more.
"From what I saw of the new music, it is weird. Now I know I have missed a lot while my liege kept me locked up and sent out to hunt for his prey, but they really seem like they had made a huge change." he replied, his voice calm before he took a sip from his Latte. He thoroughly enjoyed moments like this with the kitsune. When they spoke of the twerking getting out of control though, Darragh laughed a bit. That quite fit the craze indeed. "And some also so young. Humans really seem to have lost their way nowadays." the neko commented a little lost in thought about it. Over the years he had seen them get more and more loose and out of control. The wildest years weren't even that long ago for human history. Those weird clothes, the music and the constant smoking of pot. Though it made grabbing his victims easy, their blood didn't taste good at all in that time. So far he had only killed a few times and those were the times when his liege had chained him and locked him up so he would lose himself in bloodlust, being unable to hunt and feed. Besides it turning Darragh in a killer for his blood, it was also excruciating. If the feline hadn't been such a fan of pain he would probably not even have survived that period. But instead of really bothering Darragh, the pain often made him more defiant which in turn had lengthened his suffering under the withdrawal from blood and sustenance.
The feline was drawn from those mixed memories when the other spoke of aquarium and he had replied before forcing himself to focus on Adramlech alone. Not that it was difficult to do, especially when they spoke and then smiled in a way that the demon already pretty much knew what was ahead of him. It caused his heart to near skip a beat. Darragh grinned knowlingly as he looked at the other. " look forward to that my love." he said before he inquired about Adramlech's knowledge about the aquarium. But it would seem they never went there yet either. No matter, getting to experience it for the first time together was probably even better! Of course he wasn't surprised when they almost laughed. They knew him well, as much as they knew Adramlech. It would be just the thing the old Darragh would do: swim in the aquarium and probably trying to catch the fish. Hearing their reply on his joking question caused Darragh to blush though. How could someone be so perfect? Cause that was how Adramlech was to Darragh, perfection in every way and he loved it. Truly the kitsune held his entire heart in their hands in a way of saying. It had been a very long time since the feline had allowed anyone this near.
He had messed around plenty still sure, especially because being intimate allowed such a rush of blood in humans their entire body it was easy to bite correctly right away. The adrenaline rush they had after it ensured they didn't feel the pain of the bite either. It was one reason why the elf had been in such pain in the forest the other day. Because Darragh had been too thirsty to take his time. Wiping the last minutes of someone's mind was so much easier while they were exhausted, mentally and physically. In a way you could say Darragh was quite gentle for a vampire usually. All these thoughts didn't distract him much though, most his focus was on Adramlech and he chuckled when they spoke of the shark. "We definitely will. They wouldn't know what hit them." Darragh joked along and winked at the kitsune. Shark fin soup though, he never had that. The feline shook his head. "I can't say I have. Fish yes, sharks? Not those, it never came up in my mind." he admitted to his lover. Darragh smiled with the offer. It was really sweet. "That is really sweet of you my love." he said reaching out to the other's hand, carefully doing his best to avoid the gold. Ever since they just fully went for each other, it wasn't unusual for him to show such affection to the kitsune more easily.
It seemed he was running behind though, so the demon smiled and took the latte in his other hand before drinking the last bit of the drink. It was time to go out there and have fun. "I'm ready too. Let's start our day in earnest." he said and chuckled softy before getting up from the table so they could walk to their next destination. "I did wonder...is there any place you would love to visit but haven't yet?" the feline asked as they walked together. He still had plenty to learn about Adramlech despite them knowing each other so well, but the feline was curious to his kitsune.

♛ Adram Snickered at Darragh comment about the view on music to him interesting was too kind a word. As his lover talked more about his view on the current state of music, and the demon's former liege. A tall tell of annoyance came in the form of light tapping as Adram drummed his fingernails on the table. Adram hated that man, but it wasn't for that man he wouldn't be the Darragh he knew and loved. Was it fate he wondered that brought them together under these circumstances? His annoyance only lasted a flash before he went back to being calm. It was odd he never met this person, but the suffering he brought on Darragh was enough to hate him. He knew better to give into blind hatred but the stories were sound and true. Adram let it go finally and focus on offering his own response. “ A huge tone shift indeed, but some still cling to the classic arts. Last but not least I’ve a song suggestion the song is called What you Won’t do for love by Bobby Caldwell.”
♛ Adramaleche was confident in his choice of song, he had heard this song long ago. It felt just right for this situation, and it even made him think about their first encounter. There was no doubt about it that Adramleche would do for love what, he wouldn't normally do just for Darragh sake. It is a special type of feeling that most people take for granted. As the conversation moved on Adram found himself tapping his fingers on the table. As Darragh talked about his former liege, a horrible man by all accounts. Unfortunately Adramlehce never met the man, but if ever did. There would be one less vampire in this world Adramlehce did well to hide a grim smile. Although his ears twitched a bit and his tails waved, his expression remained calm and collected.
♛ It didn’t last as his expression to turn to a smirking one of agreement at Darragh’s words. Yes the humans have lost their ways in more ways than one, and it was unsettling. Yet has that not been their nature for thousands of years? Ever Shifting from harmony and calamity the world is a hostile palace after all.” I hope for their sake it is just another phase one they can recover from. Let us hope it is not the final phase” he said while tapping the side of his temple. Grinning at the love comment the kitsune said” So am I” he said smoothly. It was a heartwarming feeling when someone actually meant those simple words... Love. The day was just starting there would be plenty of love going on today be it physically, mentally and emotionally. “ Maybe I could even make a shark tooth necklace for you someday or today if you like.”
♛ The kitsune was dead serious as he looked into Darragh intoxicating eyes. A gift from the heart like no other, and best of all it was not gold. “ Ah fair enough, eating a shark is a rare delicacy to some and unknown to others.” Catching on to Darraghs words of sweetness and love, Adrmalche made his gold accessories vanish. To be more specific he turns them into golden energy to be hidden in his tails. This would make it more easier for Darragh to touch him without fear of pain. Feeling the hand of Darragh upon his own made him do the same. Hand over hand affection was such a great bliss.That bliss feeling continued until as they walked hand and hand. The kitsune had left a nice tip on the counter. Then came the question of what kind of place he’d loved to visit. A place he had not visited before? In a flash the kitsune thought of one location.” Mykronos island I’d like to visit that jungle of shattered hearts” the words flowed from his lips easily. The hidden message in the tone meant he had thought about that place before.
“The challenge could be fun but we both know a challenge could never break or make our bond.” Spoken like a true king Adramleche tightened his grip gently on Darragh's hand. His silver-blue eyes gleam with the fire of life. As they left the cafe for a more aquatic environment. (exit)

The feline didn't miss the annoyed tapping of his lover's fingers. His own ears twitched lightly in response as he smiled with a slight apology in it. He knew Adramaleche wasn't too happy with his liege, how they had treated the Nekojin. That was why Darragh tried to mention him as little as possible so the vulpine wouldn't feel too irritated. But that vampire had occupied so much of his life, that at times it was hard to talk around the man. Thankfully they had another topic that helped to distract them of that one mention of his liege. Even if the music they spoke of could hardly be called music in Darragh's opinion. They had a point though, some did still use older tastes. Which was a relief really. The feline smiled when he heard their comment about the song. He knew it alright. "And where did you want to play this song?" the feline teased with a slight purr. Even he knew there were smartphones nowadays that could play any song anywhere. But he knew what effect his purring had on the other and he didn't shy from exploiting that little weakness if the opportunity presented itself. Of course he would never do it if it would be in any way inconvenient. Darragh felt like they chose that song for a reason and he agreed it would be perfect.

He also tried his best to forget his liege but for him it wasn't that easy. At least he couldn't suddenly run into them here in Soleil. They'd be mad to try and follow him to Tropical Central! Darragh chuckled when his love spoke of a phase and nodded. "I hope so too. I hope to soon hear more music that is actually music. Not just a collection of drum beats in different frequencies." he agreed. Of course for the feline, and no doubt his beloved kitsune as they had sensitive hearing too, the music of the 'youth' nowadays was just way to loud. Even to the nightclub he secretly worn ear plugs while looking for blood. But soon their focus was back to each other and Darragh was happy for it. "A shark tooth necklace? That sounds like a great idea. When can we find a shark to supply us their teeth?" the feline purred and grinned. The neko was touched that his lover considered about the gold and thought of an alternative accessory. He would happily dive into any battle with sharks with Adramaleche by his side. But it didn't mean there was a rush. Right now he just wanted to spend a lot of time with the kitsune. As much as he could, while he could.
Once the kitsune made his gold leave for now, the feline smiled and placed his hand on on theirs. A light blush played over his cheeks when they placed their other hand over his. It was a simple gesture, but for Darragh it meant a great deal. The neko leaned over and gently kissed the kitsune's hand and smiled at them. "Maybe someday soon we can both eat some shark. It sounds interesting." he admitted to the other. After he finished his Latte he was quick to walk with his lover to their next destination. As they walked he got his reply and Darragh blinked a bit and looked over at the kitsune. He had heard that name before. Read about it too. That was the place lovers went to, to test the strength of their love. Admittedly, the feline hadn't thought about it. He trusted in their love, but since this wasn't the kitsune's life to live, the nekojin hadn't expected that they would want to test if they were soulmates. Even if they still had pretty much eternity to be together. It really showed how serious the kitsune was about them. But what if the fruit would indeed prove them to be soulmates? What then? Of course Darragh would be ecstatic, but they had one little issue. If you could call it that, as Darragh was friends with Solomon as well, even if he didn't love the man like he loved Adramaleche.
The feline smiled when they spoke of their bond and nodded. "I agree, it would be great to do the challenge. And it wouldn't break our bond, nothing can. I'm sure that we can finish that challenge when we are together." the nekojin replied genuinely. Darragh smiled when he felt the tightened grip and he gently squeezed back before sliding his fingers in Adram's if he would agree with it. If anyone that knew the feline would see him like this they would probably wonder who he was. Unless of course they were from his far far past when he was still just a feline and hadn't been through the hardships yet. He smiled as he looked the other in their eyes. They were beautiful as ever. They reminded him of the gentle glow of the full moon on a clear night.

Think Owl, Bat etc. ⬤ Can walk at daytime: Thanks to his demon blood, this vampire's life is not one confined to dark, enclosed buildings and coffins. ⬤ Very fast/High jumps: His feline attributes haven't gotten less once he was bitten, they may even have been enhanced a bit further.
