Eric could tell that Sonja did not seem to understand that it was not so easy to ask to leave heaven and get married on Earth. It was not like leaving any job, he would have had to normally be exiled forever or not be able to leave. She seemed disappointed with her reward. "I'm sorry that you don't like your reward. Was there something you wanted? I can maybe ask."

Sonja shook her head hugging him " no, being with you is the best reward. I was just thinking or Better say wondering why angels disapprove love. I mean if it wasn't for my reward we would be apart forever" she mumbled " my life would be empty then " she sighed

"It is not love that they disapprove it is where you live. Usually if an angle leaves heaven permanently then you get exiled forever. It otherwise is like a breach in security. But this time we proved that it would work...and once we marry and the twins are official we can go and visit as we please."

Sonja took his hand "and i wouldn't be ale to stay at heaven either way huh? i'm not a full angel plus the twins aren't angels either"she said and hugged him close kissing his hand "why are things so..complicated?"

Sonja sighed "i'm not sure Eric...i eman the whole heaven knew that iw as at heaven when i got sick but she didn't even appear to see if i was goin to be alive again...it's obvious she doesn't care...i'm not sure if i want her there..it would be awkward...what if she ruins my wedding?"she asked worriedly "besides she is just a stranger to e...but on the other side i'm curous to who gave birth to me"

Eric listens and thinks. "Okay well maybe after we get married and come back from our honeymoon. We all can go to heaven and visit then we will ask Kingston to have your mother meet us. She may have not know you were up there the first time. We kept it kind of quiet. Though I don't know why she never contacted you before. Or why she left you."

Sonja looked up "isn't it obvious why she left me? things are pretty clear now...i'm half vampire i can't go to heaven and live there...if she kept me she would have to give up her life on heaven...and of course she wasn't crazy to that for her kid the b*****d...b*****d literally since i doubt they were even married with my father when she gave birth to me...mayeb my father won't even know i exist"she sighed

Eric says "That's true I suppose...I don't know." It was entirely possible that Sonja was right about her mother. It would be unfortunate if it was true but Eric had no idea. "I know nothing of your father. There were no records of him in your file. Your mother was in there only as a number and only that she had given you up but it did not say why. We don't keep records of angles in heaven."

Sonja rubbed him "oh but she had chances to meet me! check my file...it would say it...the first chace was when i was four.. .my file will say. Sonja Wate attempted to enter the holy grounds of heaven but was forunately repulsed multiple times"she said remembering hw she had felt that day. She had taken three days to travel up there since her iwngs were small. SHe was gettign rest on clouds and wa ssleeping on them...and all these to find her mommy...btu when she reached the gates she found them closed and she was told never to come there agian. She remembered she had stayed there for a whole day hoping her mommy would know she was there and come to find her but no one came....when she left she realised she had forgotte her teddybear up there too btu when he came back once mroe it wasn't there anymore

Eric says "I'm sorry your mom was less than angelic. I don't know why she left you or did not try and contact you after you tried to contact her. Like I said, I have records for you but not your mom after she went back. What she did was terrible for you but I don't know why it happened. You will have to ask her yourself."
