"......What is a child playing Pirate for? " Came a rather unamused, irritated voice from behind Nova! It was always fun when the oh-so-serious Azura became irritated at someone! Especially a teenager only possibly years older then herself. He looked to be in his older teen years, but still, she was.....very annoyed to see the life style choice of someone yet pretty young. To her, All pirates were terrible people. It was hard for her to see anything otherwise.
Yet this one brought..quite a few new visitors, all apparently looking for Avalanche, yet she never heard of nor seen this red-haired pirate wanna-be before! "How sure are you nether of you were followed? " She may of forgotten how to relax at the slightest change of scenery.
".....Did you eat to much Seaweed, Azura? It's going to your head. Stop being so serious. Aren't we here to relax? No one is going to show up here with all of Avalanche on the island. Not even Krul is that stupid. I doubt ShinRa soldiers are going to come invading. Though if they did, I'd sure enjoy taking them all down! " Phoenix would certainly welcome any challenge!

Minerva would feel a sudden gentle warmth over her body, as soft green speckles of light washed over her and would heal any possible injuries she might of gotten, even if they were just tiny scratches! She didn't expect Autumn to cause any real damage, but she wasn't taking chances either. She didn't want to see Minerva hurt in anyway..
And there was the healer, creeping out of the bushes she sooo well hid in.Yeah, she may of said she was leaving, but that part was clearly not true! " Are you okay?? " She knelt down beside where she was laying rather defeated. "...What happened? Why were you two fighting? Did she really hurt you? " It seemed completely strange to her, it wasn't like Autumn would actually try to hurt her own sister!

   What a bizarre situation he had gotten himself into. Reiner didn't even know what he did to cause a bunch of attention to himself, it was rather irregular! "Ahaha... I appreciate the offers, everyone, but, er..." He glanced away, noticing Minerva and Ariel who were coming over. "...Right! I'm, ah, employed by Minerva, truly, You could say she's my master!""..." Minerva crossed her arms beneath her chest, her expression about the same as it ever was. "Yes, that's right. I have Reiner help me sort through important documents and read through the papers I write. Having a second opinion is beneficial." She confirmed, clearly assessing the situation quickly and not having any issue throwing Reiner a bone here. "He is like a slave to me, and a precious one. If you want him, you'll have to fight for him.""...Pfft, you think that scares me? Not like I want him that badly, but I could totally destroy you, so don't even pretend-" Minerva pointed at Zane, who blinked, and suddenly was flung high into the air, screaming for his life."...I control the pressure around him at all times, so he's in no danger. But the terror is very real." Minerva said, crossing her arms again. "Anyone else?""A-all yours!!" Annette said quickly, waving her arms around in obvious fear."Oh, hey there, cutie!" Soleil slid in right there next to Ariel. "You might be the cutest one on this beach, heehee! Wanna grab tea?""..." Minerva's eye twitched, and she pointed at Soleil."U-uh oh." She said with a sheepish smile, and she was the next to go on a fun little adventure alongside the other skirt chaser!"Tch!" Minerva let out in irritation. "Ridiculous-- just- the nerve!" That sure seemed to bother her for some reason!

     Stirring a bit, Aisha muttered something under her breath as she seemed to be asleep, but something seemed to be stirring her awake from that slumber.A noise, a really...very ..annoying one. It was in the distance, clearly, yet she could hear it well enough to have waken her from her sleep. "............." Slowly sitting up, her eyes fell into irritated little slits as she took a look out the window. The first thing she noticed was the most obvious, they were no longer moving! Second, they were docked..somewhere. But that noise continued, and was REALLY getting on her nerves. "Shut up!! " Of course, no one would hear her from outside, nor would the screaming one suspended in the air hear her. Getting to her feet now, she shoved another bed to wake the other sleeping one, who nearly fell out of the bed! By the time she tried to look, Aisha was already upstairs, and walking to the deck. With her hands placed over the wooden railing, her angry crimson eyes fell on the group below. "Will you shut up!? " ..........All fun, when she realized it wasn't actually them that was the noisy ones, rather it was two figures in the air rather high up, screaming for their lives. ".......Ugh...Shut up already! Annoying! " ..........And she turned....right around and back for the sleeping quarters as though two people screaming in midair wasn't a strange thing at all. She didn't even notice a little something about the dark haired male, ether. All due to very clouded memory!
"..Ah-haha... Okay, maybe you should let them down. You could probably keep my brother up there forever and he wouldn't learn.It's a waste of your precious magic to use on him.. " Though, it was really funny! She was trying SO hard not to laugh!! Poor Soleil didn't get much thought, other then she was lucky Ariel included her in asking her to let them down! "I can't believe there are more people like him in the world.." She said as she so casually just latched onto her arm. It wasn't very hard to see how suddenly jealous Minerva became, and how much Ariel loved it!
But that moment wouldn't last as long as she wanted, as she would find her attention directed to the yelling at the deck of the very cool pirate ship! "....? " She blinked, was she seeing things? Surly she was, or there was someone who looked a whole lot like...
"...That girl, she looks just like..." She paused, thinking. Her yelling and seemingly irritated attitude sure added up too! "HEY! Wait! " As realization finally hit her that this could be who she was thinking of, Ariel unlatched her arms from around Minerva's own. "I need to see something! " And she rushed for the ramp leading up into the ship.
The door Aisha walked through was locked, as she intended to keep anyone out so she could TRY to sleep! Clearly that wasn't going to happen with Ariel being the one yelling now! "Is that you?? Aisha?! HEY! Open the door!!!! " "Buzz off! " She would hear right back, only further confirming her identity. The voice was quite the give away!

"...Lovely." Minerva stated blankly in response to Aisha's shouting. As if that made anything any better."...Ha, well, I think she seems rather charming!""...You would think that, Reiner." Minerva said, her voice sounding a rare amused. "She must remind you of those spiders you're so fond of. Or was it snakes?""Both!""...Hehe." He was so amusing to her. So very unlike anyone else she had met! She enjoyed the study of psychology, of seeing where nature and nurture intersected. She could see the similarities he had to his parents--not only his mother, despite what some of their friends said--but there were many unique qualities to him as well. It was the same with all their friends. Ariel had many traits of both her parents, but also many unique to her. "...Your father was much like him once." She responded to Ariel's comment. "With how much he loves your mother, it's almost hard to imagine." Anyone in the same room as those two for more than five seconds could see so clearly how perfect they were for each other, and how much they loved each other. The same applied to Reiner's parents as well. It made Minerva wonder if she'd ever feel anything like that. ...Probably not. She didn't really have time for that regardless."Oh, thank you for the help, Minerva." Reiner's voice called her from her thoughts. "Your ability to think on your feet never fails to amaze!""Don't thank me yet." Minerva said, the corners of her lips curving upwards to match the playful tone in her voice. "I'm going to need help with those things, as well as organizing. Since I covered for you, I expect you to be a dutiful slave and do as I say when the time comes.""Ah, I see!" Reiner's steady smile never seemed to falter much, did it? "It's a date, then!""..." Her face returned to her usual expression. "Well, that's... not how I would have phrased it.""Hmm? Oh, I don't mean to offend. I simply-""Call it whatever you like! It makes no difference to me.""...Ahaha, you're so cute." Minerva blinked, and before she could respond, he was just... patting her on the head!"....." Her eyes narrowed, and her lips shifted to a rather pouty expression, unintentionally looking much cuter. "Are you patronizing me? Need I remind you I'm the eldest one here, and you would do well to-""You're even cuter when you're angry! Don't you agree, Ariel?""Don't encourage him." She said testily towards Ariel, who would have to decide the best way to react to those two things!
"...I can throw you with the other two, you know.""Oh, that sounds fun!""...Masochist. No wonder you like angry girls so much." She muttered. How could anyone ever be mean to, bully, or intimidate Reiner? Honestly, he made it impossible. He just responded to everything so cheerfully!

  Ariel was stricken with curiosity upon seeing the mysterious, familiar girl, but her attention was caught and returned to Minerva as she spoke of something that..well, interested her a little more! "Really?...My father? A lady-chaser? " She had to laugh a little at the thought of it. "I can't even imagine, he,he..How silly he would look. Are you sure he was chasing ladies? Maybe it's just because he's the best Dad and man in the world, that you might of thought he was trying to pick up the girls? He has always been so friendly and fun, it wouldn't be surprising if someone mistook him for that! "
"Hm.." Ariel glanced at Reiner, then to Minerva. "Orrr....you can just say secretary! Slave sounds to much like what those Reapers would say! " It also seemed like a pet name for naughty lovers, which she didn't enjoy the idea of when it involved the two here!
She had little time to be jealous though, as Reiner brought up a question that would bring a amused smile to her face. "Mm! I do..Though she's always cute to me! " It was starting to sound like Ariel took after her father more then she even realized herself!

Annette "...All right, I'm done waiting. Reiner!" Annette put a hand on her hip, pointing at him in a very dramatic pose. "I know how close you are to Hiyori, and how much you want her... but she's mine! Aaall mine... heheh." She grinned smugly, lowering her arm. "Now then... say it! Say Hiyori is mine! Or I'll make you!""Ahh, I see... so that's why you wanted my obedience. Well, I'm sorry to say, I won't give in that easily! In fact, perhaps I'll have you say the opposite instead! Besides, I was needing to spar anyway." He said, drawing his Light Brand with a flourish!"Oh, I was so hoping you'd say that." Annette's grin only widened, as she summoned her magical, watery bow. "Let's see if luck on this island is hereditary, shall we?!" Well, their sparring certainly seemed to be, as Reiner's father and Annette's mother did the same thing very often!"..." Minerva had a rather blank expression. It almost seemed like she was somewhat irritated Reiner's attention was drawn away so easily from their SO serious conversation! "Idiots." She said, turning her attention back to Ariel. "...What did I say about encouraging him? I have never looked "cute" in my life." That was something she certainly believed. Really, she tried to make herself look regal and divine, but she had little confidence in her own appearance. Far less cute than Autumn and far less sexual appeal than Mira, it was hard for the eldest to really feel like she stood out as a woman at all next to her sisters. But it didn't matter. Not like she was trying to find a lover anyway. (( OOC: ))

Annette"Ladies first!" Annette decided on her own, apparently awarding herself the totally deserved title of "lady," as she drew back the watery strong of her hydro bow, materializing an arrow of the same sort and letting it loose, zipping through the air towards him. Then, shortly before impact, it would burst suddenly and spectacularly, creating a gorgeous rainbow in the air and perhaps more importantly... completely drenching the prince as if a giant water balloon had been thrown on him. "Pfft..." Annette doubled over, starting to laugh hysterically. "Bwahahahaha! You thought! It would! HAHAHAA! It would pierce you, but instead... BAHAHAHAHA!" She raised back up slowly, wiping away a tear from how hard she was laughing--and then suddenly raising up a clenched hand, a watery aura surrounding it. And just as suddenly, several watery tentacles rose out of the wet ground around him, attempting to latch onto the prince and hold him still! (Annette's clever distraction allows her to roll with advantage! Roll 2 dice, use the highest result. If the result is 7-10, Reiner must skip his next turn, and Annette attacks with advantage next! If the result is 1-3, however, Reiner attacks with EXTREME advantage next!)(( OOC: ))

Reiner had no problem allowing the "lady" to go first, of course--had she not said that, he probably would have! And when her watery arrow came straight towards him, he was just about to avoid it, when suddenly, it exploded and down came the flood of water all over him! Well, clearly he should've worn swimming trunks to this duel. Wiping his face off, he tilted his head to one side, trying to get the water out of his ear, which inevitably only made Annette laugh more. What a stupid duel this already was for anyone watching! "Wuh?!" He let out in surprise as the tentacles interrupted him, constricting around him quickly and starting to sap his strength. Still, he just barely managed to keep his sword hand free, and used that to cut himself out of the tentacles--as well as he could, given they were made of water!--enough to allow him to roll forward out of their clutches. Raising up, he raised his sword, and an explosion of light magic would erupt at Annette's location, and he would immediately dash in, deftly swiping his blade towards her! Though of course he was careful to use the flat of the blade, a few wounds were always a risk on both sides when sparring, and they were both ready for that possibility!

Annette"Bahahaha!! HAHAHAHA! ...MWAHAAHAH!" Annette threw her head back and raised her arms slightly as she let out her signature evil laughter, cackling as the hero fell victim to her watery clutches. "Haha!! Feeble hero! YOU come into MY lair and think you have any hope of challenging me?! I am... The Dark Empress Annette! You are simply another hero destined to be dominated beneath my feet! And then the princess you yearn for will be my love slave for the rest of her days!!" It was no wonder no one had ever been in love with this psychopath. It was ironic to call Hiyori a princess, since she was the only one in this equation who wasn't of some royal blood. And ironically, a prince and a princess were fighting over her. What a silly situation. "...Eh? Ohshit-" How had he escaped so quickly? She had barely begun her monologue! She let out a shriek more of surprise when the light magic grazed her, and then he came and smacked her in the stomach with the flat of his sword! The nerve! "Ugh! I said FEEBLE HERO, not surprisingly capable hero! So BE FEEBLE AND KNEEL ALREADY!" She went to slam him in the gut with an open palm, erupting strong wind tunnel to send him even further backwards. Raising her other hand after having dismissed her watery weapon, a geyser of water erupted in his path, attempting to catch him on his way and force him upwards, after which she'd pull her other hand back and a surge of wind would pull him now and slam him face-first into the sand--right in front of her! (Annette attacks recklessly! Roll two dice, use the highest result. If the result is 1-4, the attack misses and Reiner rolls with EXTREME advantage next! If the result is 5-7, Reiner rolls with disadvantage next! If the result is 8-10, Reiner must skip his next turn and Annette attacks with advantage next!)(( OOC: ))

Reiner couldn't help but laugh to himself when she started her monologuing--oh, this certainly wasn't anything new. This had basically been their entire childhood anytime they saw each other. Reiner had always wanted to be a hero, while Annette seemed to LOVE being a villain. While most girls seemed to want to be the princess or the heroine of the stories they heard, Annette always idolized the villains. It was no wonder she had practiced her evil laugh so much! "Ha! Your reign of terror is at its end, Dark Empress Annette! With this sword, I carry the hopes and dreams of everyone I've met on this perilous journey. Right now, I feel the hearts of every person in this world beating as one, sharing in this one noble wish--an end to your wicked tyranny!" And of course, how could Reiner not play along? The giddiness on Annette's face was clear. These two must have had a lot of improv practice together!
Still, that practice couldn't quite prepare him for the magic the villainous empress would employ against him. Annette's magic was no joke, and her creativity with her magic made fighting her a constant guessing game. While she wasn't as talented a Weaver as Carmen--because probably no one ever would be--Annette was an actual genius despite how she seemed, and employing that to her Weaving abilities could be downright terrifying! As Reiner experienced firsthand, at last landing with a thud into the sand before his eternal nemesis. "Ah..." He let out, lifting himself to his hands and knees, no doubt bringing a smug expression to Annette's face! Still, this hero was far from done! Lifting his blade, he swung it upwards to her, before attempting to ram his shoulder into her, to hopefully either knock her back to continue his attack or ideally knock her down! (6! Reiner attacks with disadvantage! Roll 2 dice, use the lowest result!)

AnnetteOne could easily see the giddiness on Annette's face as Reiner returned her little speech with his own, she was basically bouncing up and down with excitement. This was so perfect! And she was so excited to dominate this feeble hero, who would dare to challenge HER! "Hahaha...! You think you're the first bravo to barge in here claiming to fight for the commonfolk? And those hearts you're talking about? Mine. All mine. My subjects, my servants, my slaves. They exist to worship me! They live only because I allow it! All those hearts beating with yours are already shackled, beneath me. Heehee... come now, join them. Kneel! Beg! Show me how a so-called hero grovels, and I'll make you my personal slave!" One had to wonder if she was secretly Krul's number one fan--it certainly seemed that way! With how much she idolized strong female villains, it wouldn't be surprising!
A smug grin grew quickly over her features as he landed right where she wanted him, and he was even obedient enough to properly kneel for her! "Good boy..." She said condescendingly down to him, her voice so very smug! "Now, all you have to do is say- waah!" She just barely managed to dodge his sudden counterattack. When he slammed his shoulder into her, she stumbled backwards, but as he went back on the offensive, she summoned a very long watery katana, wielding it with both hands and attempting to parry his incoming attack so powerfully as to knock his sword out of his hand! Dismissing the weapon right after, she tried to grab him by the shirt, pulling him towards her and positioning a leg behind his legs and shoving him forward to plant him right there onto his back. Had she succeeded, she'd press her knee against his gut, grabbing him by the throat (more for show than anything) and pushing his body down against the sand. Even had she failed in her attempt, though, she'd still speak: "Good... good! I'd be disappointed if you gave in so easily. I don't need such a pathetic servant. But you--you show promise. You're skilled, strong... a cut above the other heroes I've cut down. You're far more useful to me than they were... so I won't kill you. But I will offer you a choice. Join me, hero. Serve as my right hand, and nothing in this world could hope to stop us. Submit to me now, and you'll have a life most dream desperately for. Refuse... and become my lowly slave for the rest of your pitiful life. What will it be, hero?" She certainly loved getting into the role. It was particularly funny given how cute she was, she certainly didn't look anything like some evil overlord--not exactly the image of a Dark Empress! Astrid or their grandmother would suit that much better. But still, Annette had so much fun with it, clearly!(( OOC: ))
