She winced when she got thrown back. She almost swallowed some glass. She spat out some more blood then looked back at the man. "Do your worst..." she muttered.

he pushed a button "oh i will." and the blinding lights came back. when they cleared, Jane was in a helicopter on a Mark 19 grenade turrent along with several others

Jane braced herself and closed her eyes. When she opened them, she looked around at the helicopter she was in. "Another war?" she muttered.

"no a suicide mission.." some rando soldier next to her said. "were looking for a man named ala-sad (pronounce like s-ah-d) and they aint letting up. so get on that turrent and dont let up!"

Jane frowned. Great, she thought. Now I don't have Ray to help me! She blinked at the soldier and looked around. "What's a turrent?" she asked.

he tapped the machine right in front of her, wich shot out a couple grenades. "thats a turrent, now dont break a nail princess" he seethed

Jane growled and fought the temptation to throw the soldier off the plane. She eyed the turrent then shot out a few grenades. "Like that?" she asked.

the soldier nodded "exactly. until we find ala-sad, you keep on that turrent. but dont fire on friendlies"
