...That is.... way too complicated. .png doesn't mess up the file, but .bmp will, so get it out of there.

Meh, it's .png right now.
I have to say though that it does look a lot better. And I pulled colors from other sprites, so this one should be hack compatible.

 Before  After Needless to say, the "After" picture is becoming my new one. Before, she looked kinda like a tactician, and like Rei said, her hair did look green.
