Monoe turned to Ecchymos.
"... I wouldn't be allowed to become a nun if I learn from books."
She looked seriously at the book.
"...and I value you more than beign deemed holy by my people... so..."
Monoe turned the page to one titled 'THE TORTOISE AND THE HARE'.
"...I, Monoe, give up my status as a Pale Perfect to become a Different Liberal."
[[may not sound like much, but for her people, it's radical.]]

It wwas written very simply, so Monoe could easily read through it.
wwhen she had finished about five of them [they were very short], she turned ot Ecchhymos.

Kogi got up and grabbed his staff and used it to help get himself out of the room before anyone came and marked him as easy prey.
Dimitri went to the cafeteria purley out of boredom. He saw a large corner of the cafeteria had been taken over by a large number of boxes and crates. Those look like they hold weapons in them He thought. ((uh-oh, kid in a candy store moment, incomming. Get the bunkers! blaugh lol)) He walked over to the lady sitting reading a magazine at what looked like the front. "Uh...excuse me...is this, a weapons store?" He asked.
Cassey looked up and set the magazine down. "Yes, this is my master's store, he's currently...on break so I'm watching the front" Cassey said, smiling politly. She ignored all the armor this guy wore. "So anything I can help you with?" she asked.
"I don't have much money on me at the moment, but I ask if I could browse your armory for abit?""Of course and if you ever find anything you like you can put your name down and you can contact us when you have the nesscary amount" She said.
Dimitri nodded, "I'll let you know" he said and walked over to a metal case and opened it up, inside was a strange weapon, their were tubes made of a clear metal which held a green liquid that glowed, the weapon itself was simliar in shape to a rifle.
"Radiation rifle...I don't recomend standing near it for to long, master hasn't figured out how to keep all the radiation in it but it's okay to use for about an hour then you need to put it away" Cassey said as she returned to her magazine.
As soon as he heard the word 'Raidation' Dimitri closed the lid quickly, but gently and closed it. He moved to another stack and opened another case. This one held a interesting looking sniper rifle. There was a cylander, simliar to that of a revolver's, only larger to fit a higher caliber round. Dimitri wasn't sure but it looked like you pumped it like a shotgun instead of sliding a bolt for this weapon. He picked it up, it was suprisingly light, the scope was still in the case but the weapon had iron sights. Dimitri pumped it and the cylander rotated. A pump action sniper rifle...how unique Dimtri thought.

Ecchymos looked down at the book, and flipped through it to the page titled 'The Fox and The Grapes'. He sighed nostalgically.
"I haven't read any of these in centuries."

Monoe tried to read, but her hair was getting in the way, so she tied it up into a ponytail. When she had finished reading it, she thought.
"So, to the losers of the tournament, I'll be something not worth anything? I hhope so..."
[[She's starting to transform lol. Sort of.]]

Rufus left the coffin room going into the cafeteria. Seeing what looked to be another makeshift shop, he walked closer. "Anotha' firearm shop?" He took another drag off of the pipe.

A large tentacle sprouted out of Wadsworth's head and wrapped around a rafter. It pulled him up into the darkened nest it the top of the room. A loud giggle echoed around the room.
"I have you now."

"Well, hopefully. Even if they still follow you, Vhozd and I could protect you."

She then thhought about osmething, but remained quiet about it.
