I'm glad I'm not the only one who thinks about this...
Also-- is there anyone else who wonders about the powers of those who have been around for a while? I know a lot of them are justified in having a good deal of power as a function of the amount of time spent developing their character, but is there ever a point when it becomes too much? I guess I personally think there is. It's no fun to RP with a god, in my opinion.
On that note, how does someone like me, a new generation espada (and primera-- not sure how that worked out ^^'), measure up to some of the oldies? Because I'm newer, am I a weaker espada? Would I never stand a chance against an old BSSer? Can I hold my own? Could I actually have the upper hand if they're Captain ranked or below? I don't know the mechanics, and I'm hesitant to assert a lot of power. That sort of strength increase is enough to give me whiplash XD

You should be fine Jes. Like I said before "a good RPer knows when he's caught." People should know when to give credit to where it's due. If anything I'll say something if I see someone pulling magical powers out of thin air just for the sake of being powerful. The worse thing I think we could see is a paragraph full of extensive detail working for one attack and a response that just uses one sentence mentioning the words "shunpo". I get highly irritated seeing that. Pretty sure that won't happen though.

Pretty sure Vizards still shunpo. It's basically the same thing. Oh, but Sonido sounds so much cooler in the anime 3nodding

Sergeant Lincoln Osiris Kenji-Kenso Temor makes a good point. I also think that the word should be put out again to everyone in the guild about the use of rank and powers/abilities. Example being, I came across an unseated member of one of the squads who still thinks they can take me. Now we all know that an Arrancar can go pretty much toe-to-toe with a Vice Captain. So how can I not beat the tar out of an unranked team member? See what I mean? Just my 2 cents .... wink especially since most 3rd seats can't even cut us And I'm one of the ones that can cut you, guys though , I been completely and utterly defeated by Troix and Jes in only a few post, Troix almost killed me, Jes almost killed me mentally , and now I'm about to be beaten by Wulf so much fun, though when I do come I'm coming after Alarico just to see how much stronger I have gotten, though I really need to get bankai sometime soon. Tremor probably could defeat me in a few posts as well, maybe even Rakey, not sure about Musa though.

Though I don't know if you could take an espada.... They're new espada so you may be able to but a 3rd seat shouldn't be able to come close to killing one.

And I'm content with being mentioned by Temor.. Didn't think my "triple firefly rider of doom" combo was gonna do anything to him, if you want the truth..XD!
Jes- I'll back Torsin up in saying he, most likely, could cut some of you guys (If he miraculously got the chance).. I've seen his ability and he comes just 2% over the belt in that level.. Gotta give it to him that he is, actually, strong.. To some extent. DX
I can happily say.. I don't cut. I constantly beat Hierro with highly pressured close range explosions till you can't help but say "Ouch..o-o..?".. That was the plan with fighting Temor at the Pillar.. it was my only chance and followed with my plethora of desperation maneuvers/ trying to slip him up.
My Take Is! In a group fight, I'm likely capable of getting a few explosive-prone bruises in... Yet, in a one on one fight.. I'd falter horribly. Against Jes, I'd be an idiot and change personalities(/ first release) to give myself confidence.. Against Temor, I'd desperately use a buncha tactical explosions to get away and attempt to keep a wider distance.. Against a normal "Arrancar" however, I could hold my own. I'd have to say I'm, at the least, 3rd seat level.. When asking I've been told near V.C... But not quite there yet.. (I fought, I think, the 8th Espada two weeks into the guild.. And didn't die.. Just held my own a few post, then went unconscious. I've prospered a while's worth, and even went through a Reincarnation. I'm obviously stronger, but still would find trouble with the 8th Espada of today.. just won't be afraid or get beat up as much.) x-x.
