"I see," Sanvi said. She closed her eyes and quickly fell asleep.
Aquaria looked at Sanvi, then looked at Garin. "She's asleep. Could you teach me a little, too?"

"Aquaria..." Garin said, and reached his hands up to cradle her face. "If I hurt you, I would never forgive myself... I just can't do it." Then he leaned forward and kissed her on the lips.

Garin leaned back when she seemed to pull away immediately and dropped his hands from her face. He stepped back from her and looked like he might cry. He couldn't fight her like that!

"It's all right, Garin," Aquaria said. She reached to give him a hug. "You don't have to teach me, but I'll watch while you and Sanvi practice, if that's okay."
