Female Amaroq Then we can convene a council, of the order members to decide when someone deserves a new rank. Quite honestly, I feel like they were handed out too freely. Members should have to work harder and prove themselves so that the banners (which took a lot of time, thought, and effort from our good judge) really mean something. I count three lions present. The only three who have put forth even a little effort, mostly from Angeal who rarely ceases to amaze me with his apparent pureheartedness, to hold down the fort in the absence of a force to bind us together. Still we've Hashmal, the force for justice, to make us fierce brethren and to push us to be better. Even the three of us can build an order strong enough to be a force in this guild. And should new or old lions join or return to the pride, they will have no doubt that we are still an order here, and we will /not/ fade away. Guys, I don't like the fact that an order I'm involved in is being called "inactive". I know we aren't exactly close by niceties or even frequent contact, but if ya'll're willing to not let this place die, so am I. I am all for the idea of council, if we are all for it then we should work towards it. Thank you, but it was nothing really, there was nothing else I could have done ^^ Ah if Chao comes back, Alundra is on alot but we will need to find here, then we have four members.

Like I said before, we would probably need permission from the judge master before we do anything.

I don't mean for us to take any official action or anything. Just for us to keep our act together, and be allowed to handle any new business in our own way.
Although, Chao may be right. I don't mean for us to cause any stirrings, but if there's a chance we are doing something out of line, it can't really hurt to ask a higher up.

So should we have a vote on weather or not to have a council then ask the judgemaster if we can? I would like to be able to get things done while Maluc is away. Although I can't play ZOMG atm because of my crap computer.

we'll get you a judge soon, just be patient
i would strongly suggest NOT forming your own committee....i think the best you can all do now is come up with ideas of who you guys want for a judge. we have about 4 people in mind for judges right now, but none yet for Leo so i'd appreciate the help

Ah sorry I can't read xD Hmm judge-wise I'm not sure who we should pick, Armaroq is the highest ranked at the moment so that is probably worth looking into.

Hello active members of Leo! I have noticed lately that you want to start a council, and although i was reluctant to be accepting of it at first, i believe we can come to an agreement?
basically, if you guys really want to do this, and think you will be able to stick with it, then I'm fine with it, but under the condition that you select a leader for your council (this does NOT mean this person will be your judge, we're still in the process of finding him/her) and let me supervise. (meaning that I can edit your pages, add and delete members.) I also told Angeal in a PM that it would be wise to try to get the approval of your current judge. But if you cannot get a hold of him, or if he's completely unreasonable, we will go through with it and i will take full responsibility if any trouble arises
I was basically just worried that what happened with our judges would happen with you guys...i should have thought through what you guys really wanted.
But i wish to know more on what you guys plan to do in the council? we can't do anything extreme like totally revamping the order or changing rules, (yet) i'm afraid those powers are up to a judge...let me know okay? ^^

Well basically the ability to allow members into the order, and just basically oversee our order until it is stable enough to look after itself like it was previously.

Agreed. I mean, frankly, what else is there to be done? We aren't engaged in any conflicts, have no intentions of waging any, and we already have a perfectly functional ranking system.
